I've been watching TH-cam vids since 2010, and *_gaincheck_* is the first (and still only) TH-cam channel to which I've ever subscribed. Yes, I watch photo vids for the photography, not their music preference. I'd rather have the photographer's personal narration and/or live audio than superimposed music that I don't like and that distracts from the photographic content.
One of the most soothing and calm experiences I’ve had watching TH-cam. Would follow a series of this. Love it.
I really appreciate you not giving a typical narration over the video. The video itself explains what is happening. It does make me appreciate the moments you had with random people on your trip a bit more! You definitely made me think about getting a 645 lol. The soft fall off of the focus in some of the shots is soul satisfying!

Lol why did a tiny tear come to my eye at the lady asking to take your picture? So sweet - I love people that have such an enthusiasm for life! Everyone you crossed paths with was very friendly. This was a joy to watch! I went to the Valley of Fire park near Las Vegas last year - what a gorgeous area!

Very nice work. If you're doing lots of b&w lanscapes, I highly recommend a yellow filter. They're generally inexpensive and well worth it to help get more dynamic skies with mixed clouds. Cheers!

shoot.. i can't stop coming back to this. i've made about 10 unreleased videos about my photography and i hate all of them. but this is making me realize, i can make every video it's own short film if i put in the effort. and that's what i've been wanting to do. thank you for inspiring me, and showing me how i can make my videos accessible while making what i want to make.

I love the images and the video itself was incredibly relaxing as well as beautifully put together. The shot of walkers up the side of the mountain reminds me of Klausenpass by Gursky it has that same wonderful sense of scale. Mountains dwarfing the ant-like humans. I love your videos keep it going
