@@shaana46I have seen many BMW’s with the condensation issue. Problem is these are Plastic lens and even though they are sealed Air makes it’s way inside and causes water drops to form inside. In the video I am replacing a broken Lens. How ever taking out the head light may also need Bumper to be removed rather big job for something so little. Open your bonnet and check the seals from the top and see if you can spot anything in the Lens housing.
@@shaana46 BMW will replace the Headlight if the car is under warranty. I advise you to take the vehicle to BMW and show them the issue. Tell them this is a design fault. What year is your Vehicle? On the other hand this headlight need to be taken out inspected and add an extra layer of sealant because BMW manufacture these headlights by sealing them with heat and with test of time the lens leaves tiny gaps for air to go inside. In Summer you should not have any issues.

Would you not need to heat it after butyl tape and new cover installed?
You can heat it but the stuff I am using works both ways.

Nope, just use black U Adhesive, that’s glue
