In this WEEKENDERLANDER, we take the Ford F250 Tremor (FREEDOM TREMOR) build out to the Colorado Rocky Mountains for a quick camping trip. Rain was in the forecast, but with the iKamper Skycamp rooftop tent setup, we don't let a little rain stop our overland adventures. For condensation, I’ve been putting towels underneath; but we have a Tepui that has a hard plastic mesh underneath to give space so the mattresses don’t get soaked. 🤙🏻 Beautiful scenery 🙌🏻

Watched your first raw video. Love the dogs marking their spots. Cracked me up. Almost spit my coffee out when the larger dog doubled up. Same here at my house in the morning. And last point. I've been married for 35 years this July. If the wife wants to go camping grab a bottle of champagne. There's a reason she's heading out there. Works everytime Feel lucky I know couples where their wives wont go anywhere unless there's a hair dryer plug in. LoL
That truck is awesome! I plan on getting an F150 next year for family camping. Currently rocking a 2020 Ranger which does very well, but would like more cab space and a longer bed. Definitely gonna have to get the fridge for the center console!

Welcome to that full size life! If you're used to driving something smaller the width messes with you for a bit and of course sometimes you just gotta accept the scrape!

The F-250 is why I subscribe. Love American trucks are best!!! 🇺🇸 Here we have KAMAZ, but they are for industrial-military purpose. I’m also like Unimog, Ram, Jeep, GMC. Not so much Toyota/Nissan truck from Asia, because lower power engine. We have old Chevrolet in my town & 480.000 km no situation. 💪🏻

Hey Mike! Question about camping in an RTT. You covered camping in high winds in this video, but do you know anything about the safety of camping in a RTT in a thunderstorm? The reason I ask is I was camping in my CVT Mt. Bachelor with my wife on a road trip from MA to SD in WI a couple years ago and we had a severe thunderstorm roll through at 2 AM. I made the decision to wake us up, close up the tent and take shelter in the cab. I’m wondering if that was the right choice and/or if that was necessary. My way of thinking is we were up high on series of pieces of steel and aluminum, making it a pretty good lightning rod.
