Good note for new players is that Stun Dipper is actually minus on hit even if both slashes connect while out of shock state- if you're too close, you'll get punished for using it no matter what. In general, while it has it's uses its very punishable without the right setups

Should've noted the cons on Dragon install in how it no longer lets you apply shock state, and how it heavily diminishes you meter gain.
