Nice tip on relaxing the fingers/hands
Thanks! Gonna try some of these. :)
Technique Manual Purchased - thank you for all of your content!
Looking for something slightly different but found myself here learning about different type of a jerk I guess.
Liking the weightlifting manual at the moment. For content - I'd be interested in something on front squat vs. back squat - what each one helps with and how much to focus on each variant.
Amazing! 👑
Great tips
The janoski’s in sail white go hard!
Would love to see a video on Clean receival in terms of postural and hip positioning
Hey dylan can you do a gym tour im genuinely curious
Excellent
10/10 content
DOZER TIME
How about a guide on improving overhead squat mobility
Can you do a video on footwork drills for the jerk
Trust you!
More technical stuff & drill to fix problems would be nice, as the weight gets heavier in the clean, I tend to jump with bended knee instead of extended knee
Starts at around 2:58
I snatch 134 kilos and today I missed a 132 kilo jerk. Lol
Could you do a video about doing full snatches instead of only doing power snatches and then squatting down? I have great mobility but every time I snatch I pause in the power position instead of directly going to the bottom.
More overhead squats too build stability for you're mobility then once that's comfortable, do standing snatches into your power position then drop you're body will adapt too the movement overtime gotta play the long game with this sport
I have got the same problem, no feet(no jump) snatch helps a lot, it forces you to really pull yourself down under the bar instead of jumping it up over your head. Also take a look on your positioning maybe your feet position isn't suitable for you to move into a full squat fluidly
Split Jerkers constantly denying that Power Jerk and Squat Jerk exists smh my head 😓
screaming after or during a lift is mostly involuntary
how to stop this ?
I hear you say "punch" a lot, and your say it a lot in your manual. Can you define what you mean by that?
