So what happens at "hold time"? I have my temp set to 75. It says hold until 10pm. So at 10 pm what happens?

I replaced the two AAA batteries for our Honeywell T10 Pro thermostat this morning and I checked the main thermostat to see if it is linking up with the thermostat in the kitchen and the one in the kitchen is blinking and on the main thermostat it is showing the batteries are good for the kitchen but the heater is still not coming on when it is well below the set 68 degrees, it is showing at 60 degrees right now. Why is the heater not coming on??

If you are connecting this to an EMI with RedLink do you only need to hook up the 24v wire?
