The concept is ok, but there is a lot of wasted space which could be made into storage.

Да уж... печка на маленькой узкой деревянной лестнице это круто! Стиральная машина тоже расположена странно.... и если присмотреться внимательно на фасад дома то нет там места для санузла .😅

If you’re heating with wood, fire proofing, a place for wood storage. Enclose stairs with drawers and you’d have handy wood storage that was out of sight. Was that a two burner stove top. I would want at least three and prefer four.

玄関に椅子があるのがおかしい。

The sinks are too shallow they can’t hold many dishes. The bathroom, that is not a real shower. No one wants the washer in the living room. The closet upstairs has no space for hanging clothes like dresses or suits. The stairs don’t look sturdy,. Needs a little work.

Где и куда заведены коммуникации??? Где насосная станция, бойлер, электрический щиток? Показано, что в доме есть электричество, вода... Но каким образом они там появляются и существуют нет! В гостях у сказки какое то!
.......? Печь не насвоём месте ( рядом с лестницей ) даже летом в прохладную погоду от неё толку не будет , маленькая (МАЛОВАТО БУДЕТ , МАЛОВАТО ! ). 2-х спальная кровать у стены. Ну и по мелочам. Итог - сыроват проект.🥸🥸🥸

Also the landscaping fencing and roofing cost more than the house. Use some of that money at least for storage and maybe small half bath off bedroom
Do you not realize that this is a computer generated video of a concept home, meaning you can make changes to all the things you mentioned because a)the house isn’t real and b) decorating and landscaping is going to depend on budget, location and preferences.
