This is the salad I've been having for dinner and it helped me lose weight.

Here's what you need:

2 Persian cucumbers
1 red or yellow bell pepper
1 red onion
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Grill half a marinated chicken breast
our Italian Dressing:
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
