great video! i love how simple and quick these recipes are, really helpful for busy days. however, i wonder if relying too much on convenience meals might lead people to miss out on the nutritional variety that comes from cooking with fresh ingredients more often. what do you think?
I like to make pizza using naan bread. Literally only takes a few minutes to top the naan and a few minutes to heat up. Another great idea for a video is anything that takes little prep time. I have a partially disabled foot. There are days where standing to cook is just painful. I like to have some ideas of stuff I can either throw in my instant pot or in a casserole in the oven. I don’t care if it needs time to cook, just as long as I’m not standing while it has to cook. Just throwing out a video idea for you.
What a great idea to use naan for pizza!! I also can’t stand at the stove for long with osteoporosis in my knees and is painful to stand in one place very long. I would love more recipes using instapot, crockpot, 😊
I take smoked tofu, cashews, fresh baby spinach, couscous, plus a stirfried bag of julienned carrots with ras el hanout spices, lemonjuice, olive oil, ready in 5 minutes!
I love it! More easy, kid-friendly, whole foods plant-based recipes please. I desperately want to get my meat, egg and cheese loving kids into veggies, legumes, whole grains, and fruits.
Hi :) I just came home from a hike and was so hungry. I whipped up the peas and rice and thought can this be that good? Well, yes it is!!! Wow! My new favorite go to as well, Jenné. Thank you :)
These all look like approachable recipes I’m for sure going to try. Trader Joe’s frozen rice medley are lifesavers when I’m not feeling like cooking rice.
@@lpskikiyes8796 my wife blends Carrots, Sweet potato and squash together. Add your own amount of organic grass fed butter and if you like Celtic salt and ground pepper. Yum. 😁
I’d love to see more fast, nutritious ideas! Thanks for the ones you’ve shared here. I’m allergic to garlic and tomato, but I’m gonna try making my own version of lentil tacos! ❤
I was honestly SO skeptical about the lentil tacos but I have been running them back for the last month 😂 I did adjust with less tomato and more spice, specifically some fresh cumin seeds in the mortal and pestal and tons of cilantro, onion and cabbage on top 🫡 thank you!!!
I love fresh garlic, but I also keep a jar of pre-chopped garlic in olive oil in my fridge. Extra lazy, quick and yummy. I love canned lentils too, easy and instantly ready!
Love your video! My fiancé is vegan and I LOVE cooking for her, so definitely helped me with some more recipes to make her and so far, its her favorite dish I make and I absolutely love it also 😊
canned beans and lentils get a bad rap. It definitely is a go to for quick/easy stuff for me! Found you on Vegnews, like this first video. Looks delicious! 🌮
Hey, I love theses recipe ideas and I will definitely try them. I normally get home from work just after 7pm so quick meals are best option for me. Thanks for uploading video ❤
I was was on a fries and coke vegan diet for about I dont know how many years. This recipies are new to me. Seems like finally I can cook without driving thru 2 countries and cook for 9 days until I can eat.
I am excited to try these recipes! I am doing the Daniel Fast and it gets difficult to find the time to cook everything from scratch, but these look yummy and easy...thank you!
I usually boil my own lentils and quinoa but love canned beans in general. I'm not gonna bother cooking up big beans like cannelini, canned makes it so easy to keep them in my diet.
What a Great way to add some Kale in , as a Pesto 😍 I am def making this ❤️ Thanks again for sharing your quick, balanced Vegan meals ! & Im def gonna check out your Vegan Parmesan Recipe! (Cheese has been the hardest for me , finding good replacements that goes w/the dish I'm making since becoming Vegan , it has been the hardest part for me)! So i really appreciate your Homemade Parmesan recipe! ❤
@@Dti_lover-y7o It's going REALLY well, thank you! I've mastered a couple different versions of homemade vegan "cheese," and that's helped incredibly. Hope you are doing well!
I'm not vegan either, I just try to eat wfpb as much as I can because it's healthy and tasty. No foods priduced by the industry are ethical, farms destroy the ecosystems tnatbshould be there and destroy the soil ecosystem completely and salt the earth with fertilizer runoff. Onky way to have truky ethical food is to grow it and forage it yourself. Fruit is the most ethical food because you aren't killing anything, you could even be helping that species to reproduce. But even tgere, not if it was grown by the industry in a giant monocukture. I like that vegans are willing to adjust somethung so fundamental to help animals, but truly ethical eating is a lot more complicated than that. Can't help tge animals while destroying an ecosystem and call it ethical. The EdibleAcres channel is a perfect example of people who eat meat but are living a far more ethical life than most vegans.
Thank you sooo much for your recipes.. You are adorable.. perfect recipes for my vegan friends coming for thanksgiving.. I can’t wait to make them.. thank you sooo much…🌿🌿🌿🌿
Pleaseee thank you the first one is exactly what I’ve been scouring TH-cam for. I’m in my most picky AND lazy AND broke era so I have no money to buy meat & no will to stand in the kitchen for an hour
Thank you for sharing these quick and easy vegan recipes! Perfect for busy days when I still want to eat healthy. 😋 I found a similar recipe on CookWithAnna some time ago
Ive been pretty much vegan since i was 20 and iam 32 now with no job and iam on my own so iam sick of being sttuck for what to eat because i only have a fridge and end up buying loads of fresh stuff anc wont eeat it in time if you know what j mean. Anyway like your vibes girl. Well done. And love kale lol u reminded me x
I am brand new at this. I started 2-24-24. Not sure what I'm doing, how to ease into it, or what. I've watched a many videos. Guess I'll keep watching and figure it out as I go. I saw a vegan lady fix pancakes (oats, banana, plant-based milk) and top them with pure maple syrup (guess that's okay and is not refined sugar). I tried the same things and the pancakes were nasty. Reading recipes is very difficult. At the health food store, vegan cheeses ingredients were questionable. HELP!!!
Cant go wrong with steamed veggies and rice..pesto is by far my fav go to meal tossed w/ pasta a top a mixed green salad😋

Naan bread pizza is the best!! Sometimes I use tomato sauce other times I’ll use pesto! So good!

Thank you for showing pesto made with pumpkin seeds. My son is allergic to nuts, so I avoid making. However, I can't wait to try this recipe!

Can you make the pesto in a blender or is there a store bought one I can get?

This looks amazing! Thank you!!! 💗
What does lentils taste like?
the food looks great and tasty. and you also look great 😊👍🏽
how can it be a ten minute meal if you are cooking the lentils for 5-8 minutes?
@@piotrhennig because putting the cooked lentils in a taco shell takes less than ten seconds
What are the toppings on the rice and peas?
My healthy in a hurry meal is usually a salad or wrap.
so dam simple. gonna start cooking like this soon hopefully
