The reality is there are many jobs that are posted are fake. Companies are doing this scam because by doing this they can create their own image in the market and can attract investors.

I am IT professional, lived in USA for many years, and now visiting USA Chicago area after post pandemic. Now, things looks entirely different partly due to remote work and online shopping and it is effecting foot falls visiting businesses
    - visited outlet mall and see only 5 people visiting 3 stores. After lunch I enquired and found that business is very bad during weekdays and okay on weekends.
    - Vjsited Indian and Thai restaurant and there too same story .. and they too are echoing same concerns ie not many visiting their businesses like pre-pandemic ..
I experienced quality of projects fall down due to remote and hear many times from my client.
As India is getting more expense compared to 5 years backs .. some companies are outsourcing to near shore ie. Mexico, Chili, Canada.
Let’s brace that future IT job market will be more tight due to quality of work (due to remote), expensive and Artificial Intelligence..
Above notes and observations are from my experience .. and this comment does not oppose your thoughts and / or comments ..

Indian companies make big promises to the clients to secure heavy margin. Then they need tailor made candidates with n number of experience in n number of technologies. One job is floated to 100s of sourcing agencies. In the interview they ask questions that are like puzzles and have no real world significance. Subcontracting is like X company hires you to work for Y company that has Z company as end client or maybe another client J. Too many intermediaries.

I'm set to complete my MBA in Finance in 2024, but I'm facing challenges with campus placements. The companies that are coming to our campus are primarily startups hiring at low packages , and they aren't doing bulk hiring . As a result, only about 50% of our students have secured jobs.

The current situation is nothing compared to the recession of 2002 after 9/11 and .com burst in US. I graduated in 2002. That time almost all companies stopped campus interviews. Finding a job was very difficult because the use of internet was very limited. We had to visit the companies in Noida/Gugraon and Delhi consultants in person with paper resume. Thousands of people flew back to India from US by abandoning their cars at the airports because you could not stay even for a single day in US after losing job. Companies fired the people randomly. No performance criteria. That time, IT dream was almost over for the people. But eventually market got better in a couple of years and people started getting the jobs. All students from my batch secured the jobs and most of them are now well settled in foreign countries or big companies in India. During my struggle time, The neighbors used to say why did I do MCA? Why did not you do BEd. At least you would have got a teaching job in a school. Believe me - Getting admission in MCA was very competitive in those days. This phase will also pass and eventually the market will get better. Patience is the key.

Let me say this, whether you believe it or not. MARKET IS REALLY REALLY BAD. it's not happening to few people.
I saw a comment from a girl who did not get a job since over a year.
Especially when everyone is biased to women.
And if a person of 9 yrs of experience needs to wait for 1 year to get job again, then market is really bad.
When freshers aren't getting any opportunity, u can say that the market is bad. Imagine what's gonna happen next year. It's gonna be hell of a competition for couple months if not year or more. Selection rate right now for 1 job role in 1 company is 0.5%. if 2 positions and 500+ candidates applying.
Stop saying market is not bad. That's misleading and that's why people are in self doubt.

fascinating! I am new to this whole thing. I've heard that now is a wonderful time to buy, and basically, I have some cash hanging around in the bank that I would really like to spend, especially since inflation is at an all-time high. Who is this coach that helps you, and may I check them up?

I'm grateful for this advice. Finding your coach wasn't too hard. I researched her well before arranging to speak with her on the phone. Considering her resume, she appears competent.
