🦋 The longer the better!! Love your videos. I’m very thankful you helped me see that I am not R/TR but soft dramatic, in your consultation❤ Pleeeease make a long one on soft dramatic. 🦋🦋🦋🦋
I have watched so many videos about the TR body type, but this is the only one that resolved all of my uncertainty. Now I know I’m actually a SC. Thank you!
Hi. Thank you for sharing this information. I am enjoying learning about this system. From what I understand, for each body type Kibbe prefaced by saying that slight deviations from the descriptions do not mean a person is not that particular body type since it is the overall combination of physical descriptors together with essence. I believe his words were something like, "A slight deviation from the following characteristics is always possible and should not be worried over as long as it does not upset the overall combination of yin and yang" So if the arms for example, are a little longer that does not mean a person is not a Theatrical Romantic. Also, in an interview I believe Salma Hayek confirmed that she has not had any breast augmentation. Instead, she stated that her chest became larger due to menopause. This is entirely possible as I have known many women in my own life for whom this occurs. Peace.
I agree about arms! But Salma’s chest has been growing since her 20s, and many plastic surgeons have analysed her and all concluded that it’s most likely implants. Celebrities are rarely honest about what procedures they’ve had unfortunately.
@@stylebysophianicoleYes, good point, after all we don't actually know these people so it is certainly possible that she had implants despite her denials. As someone who has never had any work done, yet have had some people mistakenly assume that I have, I know that even plastic surgeons can get it wrong sometimes. This is particularly true when they are attempting to diagnose from a distance having never actually examined her in person. They are making educated guesses from a distance. They might be correct, but they might not. In either case, I wish you continued success.
🦋 Very helpful, I keep coming back to theatrical romantic but have doubts because I'm squarely 5"5' and a half.... I don't think I have vertical but I'm always vexed by the height limit. Is half an inch really too much?? I think I need to save up and just see Kibbe himself!
I would say that for TR, SG and FG, the half an inch matters. In the case of TR it’s because they are supposed to be even smaller than R while still having some yang. Height is yang, so if you already have yang in your bone structure and then you add the height to it, it’s more yang than TR would have.
Very clear explanation, thank you! I am one, larger hips and petite top with straight shoulders, medium bone structure and short limbs (ahimè! 😅) curly hair, lot of yin energy (Venus is my Sign's Lord and my ascendant'Lord as well), full lips etc. Thank you! ❤🦋
🦋 I am still slightly confused. I have a small childlike bone structure, narrow shoulders, and smaller bust, but I have always had soft flesh and I am 5'6".
I think a good way to distinguish Tr to Sn is the shoulders and ribcage,if the upper part is indeniable large, probably you are soft natural, teatrical romantics tend to have problems with dresses because sometimes is too large in the shoulders area.
Lush curves are full and round while trim curves are narrow. The crisp curves for SG refers to clothing silhouette with some sharply defined points, it’s not a body description!
🦋How is that even possible to skip your video?! I've been considering my body as a theatrical romantic... I've read that face is not important in body typing and you should look only at the body. If a face is still considered, I'm 100% sure I'm not a Tr 😊I can't wait to see the next video. Hope it's coming soon 😊
Can you help me maybe? I'm 164cm. I'm not overweight but I'm midsize. I have a huge bust, a flatter tummy but not too thinn waist and proportional hips. I have a huge butt too and thick thighs but not too thick arms. My legs aren't really long and my arms are proportional in length. I have slim feet with longer toes and my palms are normal in size but I have extremely long, slim and bony fingers. My face shape is oval and on the softer side. My face is freshy with soft and fleshy button nose. My eyes aren't too big and normal sizes. I have a long neck. I think that everything about me looks rather rounded but my hands and feet stand out on that softness. My frame is also not slim but rather normal a slightly wide
I hope I don't bother you, but what image id do you think Brigitte Bardot is? I've seen her typed as Soft Gamine on verified lists, but to me she seems to have too much elongation to be in the Gamine family. I suspect her being a Flamboyant Natural because many of her looks include color blocking and open necklines accompanied by long volumunous hair.
I don't understand this arbitrary height limit of 165cm. I am 169cm but don't fit into any other body type except TR. Do these 4cm obliterate EVERYTHING else?
At 169 cm you have at least some literal length in your body and length is a yang feature! A TR is first and foremost someone with narrow and short bones, past a certain height the bones just won’t be short anymore. I wouldn’t say it’s arbitrary, it seems to have its basis in garment construction, I will eventually make a video on that.
For the longest I thought I was a SD, but now I’m realizing I’m a TR. I’m not vertical enough to be a SD and my flesh is too soft to be a Classic or a natural, but my bone structure is too angular to be a Pure romantic. My body also doesn’t align with any of the Gamine types at all.
Yeah. Here is the thing. I am wide in the shoulder, narrow in the hip, taller than 5'5" and continually getting a Theatrical Romantic score. A-2 B-3 C-1 D-7 E-2 An overwhelming D, in total. When I am at my right weight, I have quite a small waist but huge shoulders and I am someone that always looks wider, more substantial, than other women. Yet, I am primarily D. So, theatrical romantic with some natural, ethereal (dramatic), further romantic and a teeny bit of classic essence. My feet are not small, I am not diminuitive. But, I don't fit anywhere else nearly as well. So, now what? I mean, according to many people who teach such methods of sorting yourself out, fashion-wise, it is not that you fit exactly into the one type/essence but that you fit more into it than any other. I suppose I could be wrong with some D answers and I am mostly E, but I don't know how I could go further in my wrongness than that. Because , I definitely do not have an elongated torso or a boyish body, wide chest, large hands, etc. And, I know I would look good in a lot of Theatrical Romantic clothes. I have before!
Kibbe has said that the quiz doesn’t work so don’t let it confuse you! Most people incorrectly get theatrical romantic or soft classic, I believe he said his publisher wanted him to include a quiz because they were popular back then but it turned out it wasn’t working at all.
Hmmm....I'm curious... could the ideas about being wide or narrow be specific to regions/ethnicities? I'm East and Southeast Asian and all the women shown in this video as having narrow frames don't look narrow to me, they look normal and slightly broad. I'm surrounded here by women of various heights who are a lot narrower.
🦋 can’t wait for SG! I’m always stuck between these two!
Same as well!!! 🦋
Same 😅. And soft natural tooo. I'm 156cm
🦋 The longer the better!! Love your videos. I’m very thankful you helped me see that I am not R/TR but soft dramatic, in your consultation❤ Pleeeease make a long one on soft dramatic. 🦋🦋🦋🦋
Who would skip the vid before the end? 🦋💕

🦋Thank you for explaining TR so well!!
This was great! You are THE BEST at explaining Kibbe! 🦋
🦋 Love all of your videos. Hoping you do an SN video soon!
🦋 Great video! As always
🦋 Your voice is so relaxing!
I'll watch anything you post about this body type 😁 Thank you
Well done 🦋
My eye is not trained for this type. I think I need more comparison maybe? Great video as always! 🦋🦋🦋
🦋I love this series, I'm eliminating types that I thought I might be with each video.💕

🦋 Thanks for another great video!
The movie tip was such a nice bonus!
That was a great explanation, thank you🦋🦋🌻

Finally about that Rihanna point love this video already!
🦋 I am still slightly confused. I have a small childlike bone structure, narrow shoulders, and smaller bust, but I have always had soft flesh and I am 5'6".
This sounds like it could be soft dramatic!
Hope you do Soft Natural next! Love you're videos!!

💞BUTTERFLY! (there's no butterfly emoji on my fire tablet!😏,so I thought I'd type it)
Thank you ❤❤
If I may ask - what is the difference between "lush" R curve, "trim curves" for TR, and "crisp curves" for SG?
Lush curves are full and round while trim curves are narrow. The crisp curves for SG refers to clothing silhouette with some sharply defined points, it’s not a body description!
@@stylebysophianicole oh!! Thank you, that clears up things
How can you tell when someone is overweight? All the curves are lush because....overweight.
🦋 on point

well done
🦋 can a Theatrical Romantic have a long neck? Im not tall only 5'3 but have a long neck
I don’t think the neck affects anything!

She is indeed a verified SG! Which I agree with, assuming she isn’t taller than 5’5. If not SG, I’d go with SN over FN.
@@stylebysophianicole Thank you for your take!

5’6.5” is tall! You must be a type of dramatic if you are narrow and delicate, yet yang.

You have a TR face
What’s the tall version of theatrical romantic?
SD?

🦋Great video, thank you!
I also have a question. Do you type underweight people? Like really really underweight, not just skinny..😅
Yes, weight shouldn’t be a problem since IDs don’t change with weight!
I don’t see short limbs. I don’t understand do you compare short women to tall women or do you look at their body ratio.
Kibbe seems underdeveloped.
Right? The limbs don’t look short on the example celebs to me.
Hmmm....I'm curious... could the ideas about being wide or narrow be specific to regions/ethnicities? 🦋thank you so much! I just verified I am a theatrical romantic girl❤
I can always “see” most of the TRs, but for some reason I have such a hard time seeing Selena Gomez and Mila Kunis.
Selena is way too tall and Kunis is too straight in the torso.
