Marshall is a great host and it gives such an insight into decks people know of from people that actually know the decks inside and out. Can't wait to see more!
Adding history, different viewpoints and perspectives(Hall of Famers, common legacy players), different commentaries... Wonderful presentation! Instead of having one person droning on and on about it, you give it more life and personality.
This has to be by far one of the most entertaining Inside the Decks I have ever seen. The production on this feels so high, because it was so immersive. Thank you. Although, the actual decklist wasn't mentioned, I feel that would be my only criticism.

I know the production was probably a pain, but it was really great to see all my favorite players talk about the deck in-depth, probably better than an actual deck tech

Death and Taxes has been Tier 1 for a long time, although obviously not during the Dig Through Time era, so I really disagree with the "it's only good when people don't expect it to be around" because it's been around for years and always been good and everyone knows about it and they still often can't beat it. The deck is very powerful in the right hands.
+Steve Stamopz D&T is comparable to Affinity in Modern: Very powerful T1 decks against which the meta can adapt to play relatively easily. They're never bad decks, it's just that when the entire field is set to beat them, they have a hard time.

when it comes down to modern and legacy so many decks have good match ups against the other. it comes down to the pilot of the deck. put an average deck in a great players hand and a "better" deck in a weaker players hands the average deck will win because the player can synchronize his plays. meaning if the best legacy players choose death and taxes it will be more successful.

Even since that 2013 GP win, many of the key cards of this deck have skyrocketed to the point where the deck is no longer affordable for most players who don't already have the components (with a playset of all the key cards, the deck now costs an excess of $2000). This is the kind of deck that I'd like to play, but the cards have gotten unafordably expensive at this point and without those "high price" cards in the deck, the deck simply can't win. On a side question, where's the Land Tax?; the deck is called "Death and TAXES" for YEARS I thought this deck contained a playset of Land Tax, but only a small number of versions run the card at all.
