@@tomthai5019 that is great, I would always advise starting by choosing the school, then looking for the house in a near enough location to the school. Do note that there are very few houses really close to the schools, so most will be around a 10 to 20 minute drive away. If you chose the house first, you could be in the totally wrong location for the best school for your kids

unfortunately per person, I think there is a family rate, but I cannot confirm for this village in Chiang Mai.
