Yeah. I was out on the RAC when he won it, he was driving like a man possessed and you just had to look at the lines he was taking through the bends, very thrilling to watch and a worthy world champion, then Richard Burns won it, again I was out watching that in the forests. I've been going out watch rallying since the mid 70s and I must admit after Burnsy died I lost interest for a while and now I go out and watch historic rallies, the new WRC just doesn't do it for me although I do watch the highlights on TV. Gone are the days you got your rally pack, planned your spectating for four days out in the forests, back then the BBC and then ITV gave you a good preview, nightly reports then the rally in full a day after, good old days and I miss those days and the original RAC format. But good luck to Evans, I truly hope he wins the world rally championship.
