Everyone always says inches from the ground - that's not right, it's millimeters from the ground. We used to replace the seats that wore through on the tarmac. Saying that, it didn't matter, when you race karts, you feel most comfortable very close to the ground.

Excellent, it is something that is much needed, because from my own experience it’s hard knowing where to start and what you can and can’t race with your current licence and how to progress up the ladder. I hope Motorsport UK keep this kind of useful guidance up. It’s a great initiative.
