I feel your pain fella, a few years ago I was living abroad and the slave cylinder burst on my MK1 225 Quattro, parked it in the morning, came out to use it in the afternoon and........ no clutch. Took it to a couple of local garages, obviously use to working on 40 year old Fiat Panda's it would seem, they wouldn't touch it, all I got was "Audi Bologna" it cost me 3,200 euros for an Audi main dealer to fix it, if I'd been in the UK a mechanic mate could have done it for about £1000, makes you wonder !!! Good luck with the project.
hello My name is Filipe, I have an Audi S3 8l 1.8 quattro 210hp. my haldex is having problems but I don't know what it could be. When I turn the steering wheel all the way to one side, the rear wheel gets stuck and feels like it's dragging. Could you help me? thanks.
hey buddy any idea where the EGR valve is located on engine code BEA 2005 1.8t is there even an egr valve...? im looking to buy a block off plate as i'm delete combi valve, sai pump so no block off plate will be required here, egr. keeping 249 and n75 only... majority of pcv system will be tossed and catch can installed...
@@BWSTT thanks brother fixed my issues. Just started enjoying my roadster tt but do you have a video on the oil cooler? I changed my oil and the filter was over tightened by previous owner as I just bought the car. Looks like its coming from behind the oil cooler but I can't see it. I was told theres a seal does the whole front end need to come out? or at least the charge pipe Im assuming ? 225 audi tt mk1 2005 BEA engine code
@wrencheverydayohiyokosaima7257 there’s a nut that holds the filer housing to the oil cooler, you probably just need to remove the filter and tighten the nut, then refit filter
I can’t seem to find a way to message you but I’ve got an over boost problem that I can’t figure out what’s wrong, at part throttle it boosts fine but at full throttle it doesn’t spool and at 75 mph you almost have to pump the throttle to get any boost, it is over boosting according to my scanner but won’t show anything else, any ideas?
You probably disturbed the spindle that holds the housing on- it probably came lose with the filter. Take the filter off and see if the nut itself is lose
@@BWSTT copy that yea the Audi tech who did the car last put it on there extremely tight….. I literally spent 6 hours trying to get it off lol took off charge pipe and put on like 20 rubber bands and it did the trick

Anyway to quickly diagnose if its the slave or master cylinder at fault?
Oh God, I remember doing the stop start melarky when my clutch pedal snapped, but only had to go down the road thankfully!

Shame about the clutch but looks a decent car all the same. I drove a corsa without a clutch a few years ago which was an experience.

There is no EGR, you will need the sai delete plate for the head
