Darren, I so appreciate how you break things down into categories. You're not all over the place. You're concise and clear.

Exceptionally helpful as ever. Great content. I took notes which have many nuggets of wisdom to refer back to.

I work in an office full of far leftist women which means they are all for the most part extremely narcissistic I also have a wife who is also extremely entitled and bossy I needed this advice.

Detach. Observe don’t absorb. Best advice I ever got!

Rewatching the first part later. Great show. Darren, why don't you ask for people to comment on the "red flags" they ignored or didn't quite see (but can certainly see later) of their narcissist's behavior?
Also, am wondering if dissociation after abuse can turn into short fugues (mine seeming to now)?

Best advice I hear from everyone who’s anyone on narcissism red flags is that uncanny valley feeling… I know with the last person who truly was a sociopath I just didn’t listen to that uneasy sensation of distrust. As adults we can learn to trust our guts better because our bodies are trying to protect us & keep us safe. So any discomfort now makes me excuse myself from a situation quickly… it’s better to be safe than sorry! We’ll always know within us when we’re being played 😉

I have recently met someone whose personality can only be described as irascible and pugnacious. She's intelligent and can be humorous, but I don't know if I want to nourish this relationship. She's German, and I don't know how much of her love of debate and arguing is cultural. A lot of people avoid her. Maybe she'd not be very well liked in Germany, either. She really seeks out my company. I don't like to argue. I enjoy peaceful relating to others. She tells me she isn't arguing, just enjoys what she calls "spirited" conversations. It always feels like she's trying to provoke a fight. Because I don't argue, she usually gets to hold the floor, and I suppose my silence gives her the idea that I agree. Often I don't agree, but arguing about it doesn't tempt me.

Narcissist in-laws for the holidays? Pretend you're in a movie. Mentally congratulate the 'actors' for delivering their lines. Pretend you're playing bingo. Have a card (written in code just to be safe) and when you get five specific narcissistic attacks in a row, shout "Bingo!" and give yourself a prize.

Great content, as always! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
