- Anyone who knows me KNOWS I love Invisalign. But there are certain patient concerns that can't be solved by Invisalign alone. As a cosmetic dentist, I run into so many situations where to achieve the smile of my patient's dreams, we have to combine Inivsalign with restorative work. This is quite interesting and informative. My research suggests going to an orthodontist due to their specialist training but the bonding work that may be needed may not be something they do.
Yes I would say it is unlikely that they do this, but it's always good to ask. Depending on the severity of your Invisalign case, a GP would tell you whether they believed they could give you your dream smile or not but then not all GPs do other cosmetic work either. Your best bet is to find someone who does full smile transformations including Invisalign. Checking out the websites of the dentists in your area should give you some indication of what they are able to perform!
How can you fix advanced gingivitis and teeth crowding?
Hi, Can you do a video on black teeth stains along the gums ? My hygienist told me that it is just genetics and no matter how much I brush my teeth they need to be removed by a hygienist. I make sure to brush my teeth after eating/drinking things that can cause staining (i.e., coffee) but the stains reappear within 3 weeks of a cleaning. I floss once daily and it doesnt go away. Any help is much appreciated !

I hate background noise when people are trying to explain things as my ears/brain just hear what is supposed to be background noise, but isn't, and can't hear what the narrator is trying to say. All I see is a mouth moving as the background noise is drowning out the narrator.
