    😮😮My guide😮😮 get 10% CP (carbamide peroxide) it has been shown to be the best middle ground dosage for quick results with no risk of enamel damage and very little to no sensitivity. Wear it for 5 hours at least but most just wear it overnight. You can use 20% CP for example but then use it every 2-3 days just to be safe. Lower than 10% is fine but it will take longer, so just get 10%. Never use regular hydrogen peroxide. There's nothing good in life you want to rush. Including whitening your teeth.

    • @fraai
      @fraai 28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Strips are cool but they're aroudn the same price as getting a bunch of CP 10% from the internet and then a DIY teeth mold which is also probably 5-10$ Besides that the whitening strips almost always use regular hydrogen peroxide which is just worse for your teeth health by far, so if you're adamant on strips get CP strips.

    I wish my teeth looked as perfect as yours. Interesting to hear the science from you about topical use and the formation of CaF2. In addition to staying with fairly "simple" & low brasion flouride toothpaste (ie. no surfactants, no chlorhexidine, etc), I'm gonna try to apply xylitol after brushing to rebalance oral pH and foster a better oral microbiome: if you could make an educational video on this, and on how to gently reverse those awful black triangles(!), remineralise teeth and reverse gum recession, I'm pretty sure that you would find a more than reasonable audience. At least, I reckon there is demand for this type of content from highly qualified dental medics. Busting (or confirming?) the assertions on the absorption of toothpaste flouride through mucosa and its action as a neurotoxin would also be helpful. Anyhow, thanks for the video.

    LMAO, fluoride is a poionous byproduct from the oil industry and they used to have to pay thousands per barrel to get rid of it because it is hazardous waste... instead they decided to tell morons "it's good for your teeth." but it lowers your IQ, destroys your thyroid and gives you cancer. the research has come out... fluoride is the new lead. Would you accept lead being added to your water because it's "good for your teeth"?

      @selinakyle5597 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @kyleleslie4806 It's both of my top front teeth. I loosened them by constantly licking the back of my gums/teeth. I was really stressed and anxious 😟 I screwed myself over. Now they constantly hurt, and my dentist said they're a bit lose. The specialist said I need a root canal, but I was hoping they'd get better on their own... they haven't. It's been a few weeks. I guess I need to get it done. I'm a girl so you can imagine how I feel about losing my front teeth.

    Thanks for this video! The problems with fluoride are related to INGESTED FLUORIDE, not topical fluoride found in toothpaste and mouthwash. It would be nice if you added some citations, but I have seen some of the studies and they agree totally with what you say, that the problems with fluoride are associated with ingested fluoride. Thanks again.

    One good (really good dentist) said in his video that a root canaled tooth is not supposed to hurt anymore if the procedure is done right. So many dentists are not so skilled coz they don’t have to and still pass dentistry and become a dentist maybe like this woman in the video looking for excuses. Bacteria from infection could travel through these roots and veins, could even clog arteries, watch out and look for a real knowledgable, skillful and caring dentist.

    Toothpaste for sensitivity usually contains fluoride. Fluoride is a carcinogen. Is there something else that can be applied besides toothpaste or mouthwashes that contain fluoride? Additionally since these products don't continue to work unless you continue to use them you're continually exposed to the carcinogen fluoride. So someone needs to come up with a safer solution besides a toothpaste or mouthwash with fluoride.

    Apple Cider Vinegar mouthwash works!! I have had chronic toothache and gum problem with my upper molar tooth. I've tried all sorts and even Listerine cool mint. I understand it kills many 'nasty' germs. But it didn't work. I've been very quickly told by a periodentist that I must have deep cleaning. I was apprehensive about the diagnosis and treatment so speedily offered. I'm glad I stood back and reviewed my situation. However, I made one major discovery that many don't mention and that is the APPLE CIDER VINEGAR mouthwash. I had reasoned that this was unsuitable due to its acidity and potential damage, but upon further exploration, I found it is doable and ok if used cautiously. I know it works on aggressive external skin conditions, and chronic ones, in my case it was a game changer. So I took this idea and CAREFULLY applied using an APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV) MOUTHWASH. It has made a very quick and effective result, and it is a huge result for me. No gum irritation, huge subsided pain. I have since discovered that APC kills Porphyromonas gingivalis, and this is vile and nasty thing that causes tooth gum / decay and is hard to destroy. So I thought I would share this as I wouldn't want anyone to have the horror of longstanding and desperate irritation day and night. Making ACV mouthwash is very easy and there is lots of info on the internet.

    That means wisdom teeth ( the third molars ) are smaller than two big molars ? ( the second molars ) . Mine were smaller and were impacted beneath the gums and bones ( means inside the nerve ) and upper ones were inside the gums . So basically none of them were seen . But we’re inverted and severely impacted especially the lowers . Inclined left horizontally and upper inclined to the rights vertically .
