For me, the most interesting thing is that there is a grass block and a Minecraft Steve statue in the mods you installed.
I love how much of the workshop content is adaptations of Sims 4 items, haha. It makes this video feel almost like a game crossover. Great designs, Wels!

While he was scrolling through I saw the suitcase tv stand and the tiny living desk
Didn’t realise some of the modded stuff is from sims 4 until I saw the hanging clothes rack thing, which made me realised that the shoe rack is also from the sims 4

I noticed the Master bedroom started to be called an office the second a painting was added to the wall. Not really sure why a massive room with a bed and two dressers is suddenly an office because there's a desk/painting but here we are
I really like the modded features, they add a lot of character to the home.
Don't feel too pressured to do Hermitcraft. If people watch them regularly then they would be recommended even if they aren't subscribed.

Love the series so far and have caught every single episode, but noticed you put only one smoke detector in the house, and kitchens do not have smoke detectors in them :) can't wait for more episodes in the future!
I really love the new modded content, even the little stuff that's been added helps a lot in making a space feel more lived in

I'm deeply amused by how many of the modded items I recognize as being converted from sims 4. Have you ever tried sims games, Wels? I think you'd enjoy build mode at least.

It looks like some of the mod items people have made are from the mobile game (like those candles), and some are from the Sims 4 (like the shoe and clothes racks). I wonder what other games stuff people will add.

I feel like you shouldn't strip out so many walls. I think that you should try and work with what it gives you initially, instead of gutting the houses all the time. The way you do it feels less like renovation and more like custom house building.

I genuinely feel bad for the jantart family since they commit so much into auctions for the houses but the person who is creating them doesn't even consider what they think... 🙄
For the Jantart family, you basically have to use ONLY three rooms. Basically one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette. That's it. Any more than that, and they'll lose the auction. (Also: Old fashioned wooden furniture, some book shelves, multiple carpets, multiple pictures, and a few plants.) Now, why would you take a 150 square meter house like the one in this video and have _only_ three rooms in it? They need a house, not a _warehouse with furniture._ A 3-room floor plan works better for smaller houses (80 square meters or less). There's about 7 or 8 houses in the game that fit that bill.
@@SpearM3064 No I just meant that they play in every auction but even in a small house, wels, their 'interior designer' would do stuff his own way rather than what they'd prefer. They were the easiest to name of the bunch

I love these videos so much but it triggers me every time when I see carpet or rugs in bathrooms. I can’t blame wels though because there is no bath mat in the game but it makes me really frustrated when I see it in real life.

I would love to see you do something different. Something crazy. Like a rainbow hippy house, or try to recreate a house on tv. At this point, you keep doing the same thing over and over again. I want to support you, but it's getting boring. The modded stuff helps a lot though.
