Found your House Flipper videos a few weeks ago, really enjoy the flips. My mom bought the game about when it first released on PC. She spent over a year turning The Castle in to Barbie's Dream Castle.
Omg tell me about it. I haven't even got to major renovation yet and im a bit overwhelmed just trying fix everything messed up the previous owners left/hid lol
I think it would be really interesting to see you challenge yourself a little bit more. Like spin a wheel and whatever it lands on you have to design for that theme (ex. animal lover, gothic, circus, choosing everything you find the ugliest, etc.). A lot of your flips are aesthetically pleasing but feel very same-y (without fail you put a rug on a carpet in the bedroom).

There was one point when he was cleaning up that he forgot a painting and two people go “nice painting”; “interesting choice of painting”, then after he sells it they go, “No painting?”; “empty walls…”😂
Love your House Flipper videos. You do such great work on here. I discovered you about a month ago. I binge-watched all your HF videos. I wish I had all the accessories & such on my HF game. I just started playing a few months ago.
I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen you replace windows when that became available. I really like adding a lot of natural light into what are often dark and dreary homes and apartments. So I get rid of all the windows while cleaning and just put new ones in. Doors as well! It does make a big difference! Anyway, I enjoyed watching you do this one because I can remember having a lot of fun with it myself! Thank you for the video!

For the bathroom, I probably would have gone for a gallery bathroom.
Also, your shelves there probably interfere with the door.
wow! when you did the white hard wood floors i was on the fence but it turned out so nice. i particularly like the office/living room areas.
