Anime: Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai Episode 9 - The Run
Summary: The story opens with two men struggling over the possession of a remote, both unseen except for their respective arms. Rohan Kishibe appears, his right hand in a splint. Listing his injuries, Rohan regrets his foolish actions in a recent incident. These events are Episode 9: The Run.

I just did some math and if Rohan was able to hold his final pace of 25 km/h for a mile, he would run it in about 3:51, which is around 8 seconds off of the world record. So Rohan might not have the biggest muscles, but he is incredibly athletic.

i loved all of kishibe rohan stories, so original, scary and interesting
A month or two after i started taking my physical health seriously, i felt this episode to be more and more relatable. First i jog on an elliptical for 23.5min then i do 23.5 minutes of circuit training, with at least one set being a super-circuit without rest. Then i do 23.5minutes of machine calisthenics with isometric holds on the last repetition of every set. In between each of these 3 periods, i allow myself 5 minutes of rest and 90 seconds to log my workouts and prepare the next block. In total this is 90minutes per workout session. And on the cardio workout i keep increasing the distance i travel within the 23.5min period. So when i run, i visualize myself in the role of both rohan and yoma at the same time. Limits exist to be broken.
Then my body is sore from the workouts, that my hands begin to tremble, so i follow up on improving my fine motor skills under duress. Naturally this will increase my surgical precision. There is not a single muscle in my body that i don't want to strengthen whether it is skeletal, smooth or cardiac. Furthermore, by strengthening my cardiac muscles, i can pump blood to my brain more efficiently. Thus my my brain allows me to send out efferent signals more quickly and efficiently...most notably my AV node, which further allows me to improve my blood flow.
INEVITABLY I INTEND TO ACHIEVE THE ULTIMATE PHYSIOLOGICAL SYMBIOSIS BETWEEN MY BODY SYSTEMS!!!!!
I love how even if is just freaking running they make it look like the main antagonist is finally fighting the protagonist with full powers of their stands
Araki is wonderful at creating really tense situations out of regular things

They're hard to train? Mine grew pretty easily by doing dumbbell rows (even though they target the lats) and Russian twists.

@@sliferadachi0609 nope, part 4 had the artsyle of midway to end of the manga, and did not begin with the initial part 3 like artsyle. so part 7 will go with its final artstyle most likely.
