When you saw those credits roll and you thought to yourself “Hmm. They misspelled “credits” as “kredits”. A lot of Kremlings worked on this game- oh. Oh no.”
Well, what can I say, I always wanted to hear this music uncompressed, the SNES was the first console I owed back in 1998, I mean it was old by then but I'm from Mexico in that time the technology gap was 10 years, and DKC2 was one of my first games and the music always amazed me, the game was awesome but I would just kill the nearby enemies and sit there enjoying the music, thank you for your amazing work, you bring back lovely memories and you fulfilled my dream of hearing this music without any compression, I would love to hear the final boss song of SMW2 Yoshi's Island, that battle with Bowser is epic
What the heck, I just left this playing in the background while I cleaned my room and looked away, then when I looked back found out it went from DK fighting King K. Roll to... Frickin dudes rocking it out hard 😂😂😂🤣🤣
Sammy is kicking it once again, this year had a lot of restorations done... The next year IS going to feature some of the most requested songs... or else we may go bananas.
@Jimbly If we want to hear Misty Menace, Mining Melancholy, Life in the Mines and Forest Interlude restored, we need to find out and get that steel keg/pipe hit sound. The one that Sam received has some weird fx, which is why it can't be used.
I ended up listening to other remastered versions of this ost first but JamminSam BY FAR has the best ones. The higher pitched parts don't sound grating or too loud. Everything is perfect and very true to the original!
DKC can be mus1 patched with all those restored tracks into it in it’s supposed form ,, another option could be to just stream the audio trough the snes soundchip with the help of the SA1 chip to offload lot’s of work from the main cpu for decompressing it,to avoid the snes to crashing,, because of desynching clocks from both the apu & cpu,, a program should monitor both cpu & apu and adjust it’s clocks to avoid getting out of synch with eachother, to avoid crashing.
This is really, really good. Only one criticism, and I don't know if it's even legitimate or just due to the fidelity of the original composition on the cartridge. The rising tone electric guitar riff samples (0:37 - 0:59) were a little more harsh (could be a good thing they aren't) and seemed to have a bit more reverb or almost a little vibratto to them. Still an absolute legend though man love these restorations.
@@JamminSamMiller Awesome, thanks for the reply. Huuge fan. Got started in fl this year and your recreations are extremely inspiring. You really perfected all of these great tracks that mean so much to all of us*, and I am beyond thankful. Just joined your patreon, thanks again and keep up the great work!
So good Peter Parker and the Joker crossed into DK world to jam to their favorite parts. Dixie Kong is doing the guitar solo and you can't change my mind. XD

Also Sammy: pastes some savage footage as a bonus, like always!

I still thinking those fake "Kredits" are probably the best part of the game (I mean, "Kommander: King K. Rool" LMAO!).
the one guitar solo at the the near beginning sounds like paradise city
And the rest sounds like Hallowed Be Thy Name by Iron Maiden after the first minute in!
exactly, and it rocks!
The dancing made the video perfect.
