Last month, I went through something so emotionally stressful, and this month, I started noticing my hair thinning a lot. I've also been losing a lot of hair everyday ever sinse. Same here with the not going to the doctor kinda person. But I did get a few blood tests done just to rule out something serious as thyroid. Turns out, my cortisol levels were high. And what I'm going through is stress related hair loss. I've been eating nutricious food, taking my vitamins and hoping that it'll get better with time. Your video has given me hope that everything will be fine.. it's just a matter of time I guess.. I'm learning to accept the change as of now and looking forward to growing it all back hopefully. This journey is teaching me the art of patience and acceptance. Once again, thank you for sharing your experience!
I can understand how HARD it is to not stress about something like this because I as much as I’d like to not associate beauty with my hair, unless I’ve voluntarily shaved my head off, a hair fall phenomenon always takes away from the confidence. Stressing does lead to enhancing the situation (as I see you’ve already gathered). All I can say is trust the process. Onion has almost always come through with this. Make it a religious practice for the next few months! Just morning coffee or run. I wish you all the best and I really hope this helps 😇
One doctor gives me a tablet through online.. 1st actually i don't have trust after taking tablet for 15days .. Im really shocked my hairs are grow im really happy too
Hi thanks for sharing your story, idk if i am facing similar thing or not but i just saw 2 small patch on my scalp and i am panicking it's good to know it will grow back.
I had diagnosed with alopecia in January 2021 but after 11 months my hair grew back from the medication but again in august 2022, alopecia areata was back and my hair grew back after 4 to 5 months, And now it's 2024 and I'm again diagnosed with alopecia areata. What can I do to stop this from coming again and again🥲
It’s an auto-immune condition. Stress seems to be the biggest reason for it, as per most studies. But gut health and lifestyle also play a huge role. Fungal infection and skin disease (scalp is your skin) eradication may also help! Please try this! I hope it works out for you 🫶🏽
Hey! Thank you! Actually when this happened for the first time, my father said he had been through a similar thing and it’s just one of the home-solutions that goes around at our grandma’s house (she’s big on plant medicine). So personally, he said “put it religiously and it’ll be back in a few weeks” and I blindly trusted him the first time and it worked. The second time around, I was curious to find out and it actually seems like the high sulphur content may be the reason! It helps with the collagen production and gives the skin, scalp and hair an extra kick. Of course, every body is super different and most people would rather believe a medicine bottle than word of mouth. But personally, it worked out so well for me 🫶🏽 Hope this helps!
The first time I got it, I used a supplement called Biotin cherry plus. But the second time around, I just did the onion juice with coconut oil. Nope, no doctor. I like to treat things naturally whenever it’s possible. According to my peers who have had this issue before I did, they were all put on steroids. That was just something I didn’t want for my body, so I didn’t bother going to the doctor.
Juice up the onion (in a juicer or you can even use the lemon squeezer, it takes very little) and brush it up on your scalp. Leave it for a few mins and then top it up with an oiling session (I use coconut oil). It smells though. So much. So I used to put some dehydrated orange peel powder mixed with honey and aloe vera (also amazing for hair growth and conditioning). Wash it off after an hour! I have to mention, balding is so common with everyone because of the growing stress in humans in general. Active meditation was a part of my daily routine. To make sure I’m not constantly stressing was a BIG apart of this journey. Which includes not stressing about losing the hair and MAYBE sometimes even blindly trusting the processs 😅
Well, nobody can make any promises to anyone because all human bodies are different, but I can tell you that trying will definitely be better than not trying! Give it a shot for 3-6 months. You might just be pleasantly surprised 🦋

Hi thanks for sharing your story, idk if i am facing similar thing or not but i just saw 2 small patch on my scalp and i am panicking it's good to know it will grow back.
Hey P! This has REALLY come through for me. The onion smells bad but you can try rosemary oil or orange peel powder with aloe Vera and honey! 🩷

So interesting- I’ve been taking iron, iodine supplements, rosemary mint oil… nothing great yet. Why the onion? What does that do?

How much time we should put that hair mask of an onion juice
I would leave it for an hour while exercising. This would also help the pours to really soak in the mask!
