    Your videos are always so informative! I've been using a red light therapy panel from Future Form Official in Norway, recommended by my physiotherapist. It's been incredibly helpful with my sleep issues. The panel was a good price too! I noticed a significant difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. Thank you for sharing your journey-it’s encouraging to hear others are experiencing positive results as well.

      Hello, glad to hear you are getting some benefit from your red light. I get similar ones, especially a better sleep.😊😁😀

    David, I hope and pray 🙏 it continues to help you. It's not in my budget at all to buy but it would be interesting to know if it works on severe muscle pain in my legs. After almost a decade I wouldn't know how to act 😮🤣

      Hi Tory, thanks for the encouragement. I know it's not within everyone's budget, I was just fortunate to have some family help, and also Rouge Care was willing to put their product to the test. Here is a link to their nano just for interest's sake.

      Thanks Jerry. My goal has always been to try and connect people with proven products that at least can ease symptoms. I'll leave the cures up to people much smarter than myself.

    This is great news, David!! So excited for your positive results!! It's amazing to think that something as simple and painless as red light therapy can create more energy for you and lower the amount of meds you are taking!! I'm looking forward to your next report 😊

      Hi Jeannine, yes the results have all been positive so far, so I am cautiously optimistic. If the results continue as they have been I will be very happy. Also, I am hoping someone is able to corroborate my results, so it's not just a study of one.😀😁😀

    Wow! So the dyskinesia MAY indicate that the meds are staying in the system and effective longer and now when you take the next dose it’s still at higher levels rather than valleys. Wow. Just wow

    That's great news. Anything to get rid of those awful peaks and lows---and more energy to boot. A couple of weeks ago you mentioned a medication change-do you think that could be having any effect??

    • @LifewithParkinsons
      @LifewithParkinsons  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ann, the medication change has yet to happen so I don't think so. I have stopped most of my vitamins and supplements to see if the red light can overcome those affects. We shall see.😀😀

    • @ASHEEHAN
      @ASHEEHAN ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LifewithParkinsons That IS good news. The vitamins and supplements are a pain. i have more of them than actually Parkinson medication. I hope this light therapy works out for you.. If ever there some one who needs to catch a break - it's you.

    • @LifewithParkinsons
      @LifewithParkinsons  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, absolutely. For me, the biggest plus with the red light therapy is the boost in energy, and for me it really cuts back the dyskinesia. Thank you for asking. 😀😊😁

    • @LifewithParkinsons

    • @LifewithParkinsons
      @LifewithParkinsons  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes absolutely I use it the maximum allowed time per day 10 minutes in the morning 10 minutes in the evening in the morning I get a big cup of coffee and in the evening it's like a big cup of sleepy time tea
      There are other benefits as well but those are the two biggest ones for me
