Mine too. All the what ifs and the conversation I run through my head because of 1 person in my life if that person wasn’t in my life I’d have zero anxiety over anything. The fear I get thinking about what will be said or the judgement that said person will have over me not calling is ridiculous. My internal monologue is like a Shakespeare play long and rehearsed like nobody’s business. It’s crazy to think our internal monologue brings so much destruction.
What I do is I sit for like five minutes and do the following 1. I pat my hands on my lap 2. I concentrate on my hands and try to keep them still for 10 seconds 3. I breath in slowly 4. I close my eyes for 5 seconds Hope this helps!!

Unless you're in actual danger, anxiety is 100% created by your thoughts i.e. Inner Monologue, whether it's conscious or un. The problem is, the body can't tell the difference between an actual threat and a perceived threat when your brain sends the signal of it, hence the panic/anxiety attack.

What i do is for example I’m going to new class like yoga and never been there don’t know anyone there I normally just sit on the toilet or just dance or sing or make myself forget about it and when I get I try my best to walk in with confidence saying in my mind (don’t mess it up you can do it your the strongest person I know don’t let me down) and when I introduce myself I just say it quickly so I don’t have to deal with it Make it until you make it!!!❤

Mindfulness exercises work awesyfor anxiety. The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels offers good ones.
