Yes for your wife having faith on you!!! You will not gain again. We are stronger and we know better. 💪🏾 😊 👍🏽
Thank you for the affirmation! 🙏🏽
Absolutely incredible successes! Congratulations! 🎉I agree with your wife, you are not going to need those clothes. Talk to your healthcare team now to collaborate on a maintenance plan. I hope you get to break up with your CPAP! My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your grandfather.
Thank you so very much! 🙏🏽❤️
Wonderful watching your journey. Admire your transparency and willingness to share. Keep the great work!
Thank you so much!
Again condolences on the loss of your grandfather.💐
Thank you! 🙏🏽
So happy for you-- Can't wait to see how you are going to structure you maintenance!
Thank you! Leaning towards every other week.
@@RoundMoundofZepbound I have been looking at your channel to make a decision as to whether I should use this method too. I have 40lbs to lose, but I am concerned that I will have to do this the rest of my life -- Scared but hopeful! Thanks again
Watching your journey is so encouraging. I still have a long way to go, but you give me hope that I can get there, too. I also have micro goals. Checking them off along the way helps me feel a sense of accomplishment each time. My sincere condolences on the loss of your grandfather.
I think micro-goals have been instrumental to my success. Checking something off every 5-10 pounds makes me feel that I am accomplishing something and keeps me focused. Especially when the larger goal is so far away.
Thank you for the condolences! 🙏🏽
Thank you for sharing your journey!
Thanks for watching!
2024 is one that will go in your record books! Awesome success and you have worked steady & consistently to get to where you are today! So proud for you and looking forward to learning even more from you as you head into your maintenance phase in the very near future!
Thank you so very much. I am excited about the challenge of maintenance!
So close to goal 🎉Congratulations that's amazing!!👏🏾
Thank you so much!!
Just watched all of your videos. Thanks for sharing your experience so far. As a man taking a GLP1, I am constantly searching for another male (especially a black male) perspective on this subject. Keep up the great work. Much appreciated.
Thanks for watching! When I started, I was looking for the same. So I decided to try to be that for others! 👊🏽
Congrats.
You are a motivational machine.
Very impressive!
I very interested in your maintenance routine.
My original goal was to lose 45, and I have lost 25 after 8 weeks.
So, already more than halfway while on MJ 5.0.
I’m not sure I’ll up dosage?
Your insights and the Downsized couple have been great.
I bought a new Healthkeep scale that gives a ton of advanced metrics.
Keep it up!
Thank you and congratulations your success! You’re more than halfway there! 👏🏽
Woop Woop!!
🙌🏽
Man, I’m so proud of this phase of your journey. You’re accomplishing some great results from all of the hard work and dedication to this process. People looking at your results think that you have it easy, but man I know you have been THROUGH IT. Congrats on staying with it. I know you will come up with a game plan for maintenance phase of treatment. Did your recent DEXA Scan help you decide your goal/target weight?
I have never heard of the “at home” sleep study. Please share the results and how that process was. I hope that you can get rid of the CPAP 100%. With the weight loss, how do you feel after sleeping? Are you energized? I struggle with daytime sleepiness (a lot better now that I’m losing weight), but some days it’s rough.
Shout out to the wife for pulling you towards this phase of your life. She is helping you live in the NOW and celebrate where you are. Can’t wait for the shopping haul of the new drip now that your clothes are all donated. Make sure you get some hoodies for when the house gets too cold. Your skin and bones now so you need to have something warm when the AC is BUMPING. Hahahahahahaa.. I kid, I kid. 😂😂😂
Condolences to you and your family. This is a tough time and know you have a community that’s here sending thoughts, prayers, and support. Reach out if you need a listening ear.
Congrats on blowing through your micro-goals and pivoting and establishing some new ones. Can you offer some tips on how to create/establish/track micro-goals?
I had heard of at home studies, but I always wondered how effective they are since facility studies are such a big production. All the wires they connect to you. I do feel sleepiness but I am not sure if that is related to my sleeping habits or not. I get like 6 to 6.5 hours of sleep typically. When I can get to 7, I am generally in good shape.
Funny thing is, my wife be talking about she's hot now. 😂
Thank you so much for the condolences.
I may make a video about micro goals.
My thought about going down in dose for maintenance is will it curb head hunger? Will it suppress appetite? Im always curious about that. We go up because we lose that. Maybe eating more or taking shot every 2 weeks.
Good question. I’m thinking staying at 10 and going every other week might be the move. It will give me the regular 10 dose the first week and becomes 5 the second week.
