Jewelry is fine with micro current because it’s localized current, not free electricity. This would be something worth removing for a galvanic facial but is totally fine for this as all the electricity is contained in the tissue between her tools

I wonder if that also has an effect on the overall results?

The gliding is more about stimulating ATP in the cells to get them healing faster, communicating better and rebuilding vital protein structures like collagen. This doesn't make sense, what is the point of showing young women having the treatment who actually don't need it at all? Why not show an older women who does need it and show the results of the device. There are many devices on the market and most of them don't amount to anything. This device is not quite pricey too. So buying it is a risk.
