Esthetician here 🤚🏼 you can add a little bit of water after you feel the gel is drying. It’s less wasteful as you don’t need to keep adding gel and perfectly fine with this kind of device.

Oh yes! I keep a fine misting spray bottle filled with distilled water on hand for this purpose. It was recommended for a similar gel product used with a different device that I have, so I figured it might work with the NuFace gel too. 👍🏻

Since I began using the NuFace, 4 years ago, I have only used fresh Aloe Vera from my house plant, since the gel that was with my device, was used up.
Right or wrong, I can feel the electric current no matter how low the setting is. I have used it around my eyes as well as above them with great results.
Soon after I began using my NuFace on my eye area, then my arms, hands, etc, I saw vast improvement.
Then.....here comes Omnilux! I bought their LED devices for hands (2). face, neck, chest. it's a wonderful world we live in!

If you are feeling your partner might be cheating on you, but there's no definite evidence. You're faced with two alternatives seek out the facts, or to turn a blind eye. Selecting the first choice, although often suitable in the short term, is incredibly damaging for your personally, but for your children and family, not only in the long run too. Seeking the truth out isn't simple either as I mentioned before, technology had made infidelity much easier to conceal than in the past, however it also provides opportunities for revealing getting the evidence needed to establish them & affairs. I hate cheaters, my husband never gave me a reason to be suspicious until I found him and her colleague at a romantic restaurant. Hhe told me it was work stuff but something wasn't right. I was worried until I was introduced to this man and he get me every information i needed on his phone...

Have you ever heard of exercise expert, Marjorie Craig ('Ms. Craig')? She is probably not with us anymore, but back in the 60's and 70's she came out with a great book on exercising the facial and neck muscles. I still have this book, in which she also provided the names of all the facial and neck muscles as you did.

I just started using microcurrent (2nd day). I have read reviews that microcurrent made people's faces look worse and it was because they were stimulating the wrong muscles. I have a firm jaw and have noticed it looks more prominent when I tried microcurrent as per nuface instructions, so I think I'll be avoiding the jaw area and the masseter muscles. But I'll most definitely be using it on the cheeks. I'm still experimenting with what works for me, but this video is so helpful! Now I know what are the possible areas to stimulate.

I had the Nuface for years and I got the Foreo Bear during COVID-19 early lockdown. They both like us to think they will work permanent wonders. It is not a permanent thing, but it is nice for pampering, and making us feel better about ourselves 🥴 (I will be 61this year)
I also use Gua sha tools, those tools aren’t expensive plus
you don’t need to use those very pricey gels, that Nuface or Foreo sell, just a nice face oil or serum. I can in all honesty say it has improved my dark circles, puffiness under the eyes, since it is good for the lymphatic system. I can also see a difference on my jawline and neck. Use it on the rest of my body, even scalp too.

The skin has three major jobs, protect the muscle and bone, regulate the temperature of the body and purge out toxins and protect by thickening if something harsh is being done do it. Like your elbows or the heels of your feet that get calloused your skin on your face gets thick and makes wrinkles appear deeper and the skin looks dull and is unable to purge things out. That’s essentially what the callous layer is. If you don’t keep it done or remove the thickness nothing you use or do will be of much benefit. I always tell new clients to look at their neck and many times it is considerably softer and healthier looking than the face. I hope this helped answer your question. Have a beautiful day Donna 🍑🙌🏻Lisa

I've used Nu Face a handful of times on the smallest setting. What I've got developed as a result of these few times within 1 week time frame, is a line over my upper lip, blocked ear lasting about 2 months and little twitches on the side of the affected ear that lasted 2 days after first time I used the device when the gel dried up. I never used it again and sold it on ebay. The fact is that with age our muscles tighten up and what we should work on is to relax them.

I’ve been considering this for about three or four weeks and have researched a lot of products and opinions about the process. Before I invested in one of the products, I decided to go see our local spa aesthetician. She did a thorough cleansing on my face, and then proceeded with the treatment. When she was halfway done, she let me see my face, but it was the side of my face toward the light, and it definitely looked better than the side in the shadow. When she finished my face completely, she was very excited over the results she saw, but I was not as enthused. I really didn’t see that much of a difference. I’m mostly concerned about being a thin woman with my mothers jowls, which I didn’t really see any difference in after the treatment. I do have to say that I thought the aesthetician did an incredible job of explaining as much as she could about the process and physiology, and she talked to me about everything she was doing as she went. Much of what she said is exactly what you said in your video As well as being repeated by a couple of holistic plastic surgeons I have seen online. From different reviews, I’ve read, some people see an immediate result, some people see results after a few uses, some people see nothing. Maybe it’s a waste of money, but it’s better than Botox or the expense and downtime of a facelift. I’m willing to risk it and go see that same aesthetician occasionally for just a little extra bump.

I came here because I absolutely trust Cassandra's reviews.
On top of the temporary tightening, is there also an element of the face feeling tighter that gives a person extra inner confidence, so that when they go out on the town, they/you feel extra confident and it makes you "sparkle" which in turn makes a person look incredibly fantastic, a bit like that feeling you get when you go out, knowing you've had a great gym session? If you know what I mean.

I agree with everything you said, which is why I don't think facial yoga works. The theory is that when one goes to the gym, it straightens the muscles of the body, so the same logic can be applied to the face but, in my opinion it causes wrinkles since you repeated moving your face.
