Her original face was freaking gorgeous. But I must say she looks incredible now. She’s lucky she was able to fix the crap she started to do in 2013. It was giving cat lady. I would do anything to know who the surgeons are. They’re artists.
You are right after a certain number of procedures within a short period of time counselling should be necessary before allowing the person to continue. I think Kim however still looks relatively normal for the amount of procedures she got done. I don't think she has dysmorphia the way Khloe does. Khloe needs to be told when she looks crazy from her procedures Kim is aware when something doesn't look right. Even when her filtrum elongated Kim knew it and said it either on the show or in an interview. There was a time years ago when Khloe did too much botox and when she laughed her face morphed weirdly and she needed to be told by others. Khloe started changing her face after Tristan cheated. Its like a reflection of the low self esteem from the cheating its really sad.
Most celebrities do it to maintain their image. Actors do it so they're considering for roles for longer. Ppl like Kim who have beauty lines that sell need to have ppl looking up to her as long as possible as a standard for beauty. We can speak about morals and all that jazz but this has been going on for decades and clearly works. Extreme cases like Lil Kim and Mike are the exception not the rule
Very much appreciate the “futuristic insert” point that was made here. I used to be a SM Producer + Digital Content Creator for some very well-known celebrities and every single image posted goes thru an extensive correcting process of being edited/touched-up/colour-corrected/altered/fixed/“glammed up” in one way or another before being greenlit to post. Photos that look the most natural sometimes are the most manipulated of them all. So thank you for making such a valid point that these images people see, while they may be beautiful, are not a realistic beauty standard for everyday humans. A healthy way to approach them would be to view these images as more of an expressive art form rather than an actual beauty standard to attain to.
Hi Doc, I'm an artist and started watching more TV when in lockdown and I could really see the difference in people's faces over the years which fascinated me, there is so much of it around now compared to 10yrs ago when I last used to watched TV, so I have been guessing how it was all done. Thanks for explaining it in such a clear and calm way, very interesting. In art you have got to know when to stop working on a piece of work because you could ruin it, and its the same for your face for sure.
What an astute observation about her cheek implants! That is true, that while still gorgeous - when she was younger - she had flatter planes across her cheeks. Her eyes were also bigger and rounder hence the canthoplaxy that gives her eyes the cat shape that we see today.
Wow, I never realized until now how much more Eastern European Kim looked before. People change their faces so much now that they erase their ethnic identity. Their is beauty in those differences that should be celebrated.

Your channel has clearly put clarification into perspective on many doubts I did have observing these fake people like Kim Kardashian.
In 2013 her lips got droopy after she had North. She looked insanely different but I couldn’t figure out what it was. Now I do. Now that she’s fixed it it’s taken 10 years off of her, she’s done a great job with her skin care, laser, chemical peel, Botox and filler maintenance.
I’ve been waiting for this one!! Thanks Dr. Gary for sharing your knowledge with us! People talk a lot about the “changes” of her body and forget that she’s had a lot done to her face as well. These videos are so very interesting.
Im happy that im south african .natural beauty is key to us .we are not under pressure of societal beauty standards .the more u embrace your natural beauty the more u are admired .we are blessed as a nation with so much beauty 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
A lot is commented on how the standards of beauty are dangerous for normal (not celebrity rich) people, but i wanted to remember how it is also severely dangerous for the Kardashians themselves, imagine going through so many surgeries and meds, imagine the pain, imagine the health risks for their hearts, livers, lungs... These standards of beauty are literaly hazardous for everyone.
She got the "Hollywood" reduced nose tip, (Megan Fox et al) so that would give her a longer philtrum: more space between tip of nose & mouth, reason for lip lift, most likely. She has (autoimmune) psoriasis and should be more careful than others with fillers, etc. She gained lots of weight during the pregnancies she had without the surrogate. So of course, she had tummy tucks and other sculpturing of body areas that were stretched out from weight gain during her "own" actual pregnancies. The "cat eyes" via surgery.
Simply love your videos and your caring demeanor shows through. I wish you nothing but the best in 2022. If I lived in NY and desire and “face upgrade” I’d be so tempted to come and see you. I have shared your videos with several of my friends.
I really hate how nowadays everyone gets stuff done to look exactly the same as each other, I work in a supermarket at the moment and the amount of women I see with basically the exact same face is slightly weird and kind of chilling tbh, I’m lucky I guess as I was born with what a lot of people want at the moment, but in the 90s I thought I was ugly because all the models had long straight noses and thin lips, like beauty trends don’t last, why would you want to look like an Instagram clone when the desired look will probably change in a few years anyway
i'm very glad you did the interlude to make things really clear. yes, photoshop is wrong, imo,, due to the fact we need good role models. women who age gracefully, are the most amazing. I think Sophia Loren would be a good example of aging gracefully, again, this was a well done video.
Yep. These days, everyone looks same in a way, ALL OVER THE WORDL!! Same facade!!! everyone is on plastic surgery or filllers/botox. Unique beauties are gone... I love 70-90's beautifies. That's why these days I don't see beauties at all.. it's sad
Great video. Can you do an explainer of the Linda Evangelista notched Cool sculpting Procedure And how it left her Disfigured? Also, what are her options to repair/reverse the damage?
She’s literally the only person I know that got surgery for a bigger forehead lmfao like that’s insane honestly seen nothing wrong with her original hairline
She said she got laser to remove the baby hair and then she regretted it. So if that's the case, if she got hair implants like he says, wouldn't she just take them out? I dunno 🤔
As we get older, our hair does thin and even us ladies get the receding hairline so why she'd laser off hair on her hair line is so confusing. During the lockdown, I didn't bother with my hair and wore it in a high ponytail all the time. It made my hairline recede. I had to cut a fringe to relieve the pressure of my hair being pulled back all the time and because I was losing a lot of hair on my hair line - it worked and I'm so happy to see the baby hairs growing back. They do make your hair look fuller at the hairline.
Rita Hayworth is also known to have been convinced/forced to get similar procedures to get rid of her baby hairs and further up her hairline in order to look less “ethnic”, same with Kim it seems like it’s to appeal mainly to Hollywood’s very Eurocentric beauty standards.
There is no reason. They only seek to change their appearances….none of them would look like they do without constant work being done…..and make money and get attention.
Kim has shared a selfie on her Instagram having the vampire facial (microneedling with prp). While non surgical stuff adds minimal cost to Kim I do wonder how much of an impact these types of procedures have on her skin over time and would likely be inaccessible for the average person.
Tricky part with Insta pages is that you also have to wonder what could be a (sometime sneaky) paid promotion vs genuine post... It makes impacts even harder to "study" depending on the non surgical procedure since you just don't know if it's a one time thing just to do a post or not.
@@vuri3798 very true. Even harder to discern what they have gotten good results from and what not. Listening to experts like Dr. Linkov is helpful to cut through the bs messages and to also have guidance about what actually is efficacious or not.
Having done the vampire facials and hair treatments, I can say that for me at least they don’t make that much difference. The bulk of the drastic change you see in celebrities isn’t caused by less invasive procedures but rather by going under the knife directly. It’s interesting how on Keeping Up, they filmed Kim getting Botox and for the cameras at least, she seemed absolutely terrified. This would probably make viewers think she wouldn’t want to actually go under the knife, when in actual fact it’s very obvious she’s been having ongoing surgical work. At around the same time she denied plastic surgery and had a scan of her buttocks to prove she didn’t have implants- she probably had fat transfers instead which wouldn’t show up on the scans. The point I’m making is she subtly led people to believe that the changes in her appearance are due to non invasive treatments and makeup, and then people will have the same treatments that are featured on her show and buy her products, but are left wondering why they haven’t had the same ‘transformation’.
Dr Gary I want to ask this question has it been studied like 40 years down the road on women such as Kim finding out what all the surgery can or cannot harm your original facial anatomy or structure of the real face? I don't know if you understand that but I mean does it bring harm and permanent damage to the bones🔥 the tissues that are underneath all this plastic surgery💯 that's my question? Or has plastic surgery been so new that you haven't studied it for decades to discover what will be the final outcome if you start surgery so young in life 🌟💯🌟
Very interesting analysis! I definitely want to “fix” some things about my face but would never want to erase my natural features/uniqueness. Makes you wonder if once you change something about your face, you need to continue doing other things to maintain a certain balance🧐
The idea of correcting &/ or improving appearance through cosmetic procedures/surgeries is to obtain more balance &/or symmetry, so if it’s a properly trained & ethical dr performing said procedures, there should not be a snowball effect whereby existing features that are untouched & aesthetically acceptable, need to be changed as a result of modification of other features
You're really good at seeing these changes. I will say that when I saw the picture of Kim in that burgundy dress (last pic you showed here) I really felt her nose looked different again. Specifically I felt like it looked more ethnic (Iranian), to where her nasal tip looks a little bit longer and more like what she was born with. It could have just been her makeup though. It can be hard to tell. But certainly when comparing the close up of her in that outing vs her nose prior it looked quite a bit different to me. Thanks for sharing. 😊

Hello Dr., I believe she has also done something with her lips, maybe lip augmentation because the lips that she had when she was younger are not the same when you compare side by side. You do see a noticeable difference from one year to the next after her apparent lip procedure.
Love watching the evolution of faces year on year! Could you please do a video on what can be done for downturned corners of the mouth? I heard it can't be corrected by either facelift or fillers.

Hey Gary! love your informative videos, can I ask for a topic for a video? I've been born with very downward droopy eyes, and recently went through a mid-face lift, a canthopexy and even shaving of the superolateral orbital ridge (bone shaving near the frontozygomatic suture) to raise the outer corners of my eyes. Before going through all of that, I was scrambling to find information online but not much was to be found. I've learned a lot through actually experiencing the surgeries myself, but wish I could have just read about it online from an informative channel like this one. Can you talk a little about canthopexy, orbital bone shaving, eyelid surgery and what methods there are to manipulate the eye area?

Her last nose job took off too much of her nose so there was too much space between new nose and lips. It changed her look drastically, so she lifted her top lip to compensate for taking off too much of her nose. The previous nose looked more natural.
It's sad to see exotic beauties like Gwen, Gaga and Nicole-for example-turn themselves into a very generic, expected, and perfect knock-outs. Rather than just plain authentic, unusual, beauties they WERE. It sucks. All three were gorgeous before and miserably fake afterward.

Thank you Dr Gary! I’ve seen tons of videos about her surgery and it’s the first time I believe someone has everything correctly guessed! Excellent work!
You’re so smart lol posting them while they’re trending is guaranteed to get lots of views
I thought the same thing! :D
Uh oh, why are they trending now?
@@dewilew2137 kanye
@Real Life They’re actually made for each other
When aren't they trending
Her original face was freaking gorgeous. But I must say she looks incredible now. She’s lucky she was able to fix the crap she started to do in 2013. It was giving cat lady. I would do anything to know who the surgeons are. They’re artists.
She was a natural beauty she didn't need plastic surgery to begin with. She still looks like a cat lady to me now
So are you attracted to Jaffar?
Really? Her face is huge and stiff as hell. If you saw her in real life you’d be surprised at how creepy she actually looks.
Photoshop
You are so kind to say she's accomplished.
The fact that you know make up techniques is just chefs kiss
I didn’t know she had so many plastic surgeries until I saw the two pictures together
At what point does someone like Kim get counseling? This much plastic surgery doesn’t seem normal…..does it?
When people have too much money...
Extreme cases like Lil Kim and Mike are the exception not the rule
she's about to hit the point of no return. like Jocelyn wildenstein
Her mom is on the same road, this family is incredibly shallow. I honestly don't know why they are famous.
She looked so fresh faced and lovely when she was younger.
She looks so different in 2013 to today its crazy. I kinda like how she had her hair there and did her makeup
What kind of artist are you ?
What an astute observation about her cheek implants! That is true, that while still gorgeous - when she was younger - she had flatter planes across her cheeks. Her eyes were also bigger and rounder hence the canthoplaxy that gives her eyes the cat shape that we see today.
her original face is incredibly beautiful. she looks good but not that unique
Wow, I never realized until now how much more Eastern European Kim looked before. People change their faces so much now that they erase their ethnic identity. Their is beauty in those differences that should be celebrated.

Amen 🙏! Thank you Dr. Gary for the courage you showed in calling out the Kardashians for their photos shops, and deceiving young people in thinking that that's their natural body image. Your channel has clearly put clarification into perspective on many doubts I did have observing these fake people like Kim Kardashian.
I loved your comment from the future! Especially coming from someone in your field. Everyone needs to hear this.
I like how you differentiate between attainable surgical results and unattainable photo shop.
I like that you mention the photoshop and elaborate how it’s a unrealistic standard
Agree 💯 once they hit older age they will look bad and have issues later on internal

I love how you add different details to your videos and the travel to the future effect is just hilarious!!! Thank you for your content!!!
This is absolutely fascinating. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. You have such a friendly way of going about it.
Love all your honesty in evaluation
You've taught me how to accept my natural self. There's honestly something stunning about natural, with all its uniqueness....
Pretty sure the hairline changes are from lace front wigs (the Khardashians LOVE their faux hair)
Simply love your videos and your caring demeanor shows through. I wish you nothing but the best in 2022. If I lived in NY and desire and “face upgrade” I’d be so tempted to come and see you. I have shared your videos with several of my friends.
Dr. Linkov gives the breakdowns that the people want 😭 😊🙌🏾!
That Dr. Gary from the future “walking” shot was fancy. Nicely done.
Yes. People once thought tail fins on Cadillacs were cool..
Nice of you to notice 🙂
Great video! Always wondered about her. Can you do Paris Hilton next?
i'm very glad you did the interlude to make things really clear. yes, photoshop is wrong, imo,, due to the fact we need good role models. women who age gracefully, are the most amazing. I think Sophia Loren would be a good example of aging gracefully, again, this was a well done video.
To me her face is like a mask. The only part that ever moves is her jaw.
Goals
I read that she never smiles or move her face to....not cause wrinkles.

She looked so exotic and more beautiful before all these procedures. She really didn't need anything done to her.
Thank you for mentioning the bit about photoshop. It’s a good reminder to everyone and needs to be said more 👏🏻
Great video.
Rita Hayworth is also known to have been convinced/forced to get similar procedures to get rid of her baby hairs and further up her hairline in order to look less “ethnic”, same with Kim it seems like it’s to appeal mainly to Hollywood’s very Eurocentric beauty standards.
marlyn monroe had electrolysis for this

No not everyone
There is no reason. They only seek to change their appearances….none of them would look like they do without constant work being done…..and make money and get attention.
Kim has shared a selfie on her Instagram having the vampire facial (microneedling with prp). While non surgical stuff adds minimal cost to Kim I do wonder how much of an impact these types of procedures have on her skin over time and would likely be inaccessible for the average person.
Also there is radiofrequency that things does wonders on any area of the body you get it done, and it isnt surgery
@@ms.shineray I have heard this too. I have heard it is so important to go someone skilled as results can vary depending on the skill of the provider.
Or has plastic surgery been so new that you haven't studied it for decades to discover what will be the final outcome if you start surgery so young in life 🌟💯🌟
She didn't even did to get surgery she was beautiful
Very interesting analysis! I definitely want to “fix” some things about my face but would never want to erase my natural features/uniqueness. Makes you wonder if once you change something about your face, you need to continue doing other things to maintain a certain balance🧐
The idea of correcting &/ or improving appearance through cosmetic procedures/surgeries is to obtain more balance &/or symmetry, so if it’s a properly trained & ethical dr performing said procedures, there should not be a snowball effect whereby existing features that are untouched & aesthetically acceptable, need to be changed as a result of modification of other features
I love this channel 🖤 Dr. Gary, you are great 🥰
You're really good at seeing these changes. 😊
I love watching your videos, informative and interesting

Hi Doc, loved the video as always! I think it would be really interesting if you involve Korean* celebrities in this series as well since plastic surgery is really popular over there & the beauty standards are different. I'm really curious to see the trends in Korea & how their techniques might differ. What do u think? 😁😁
*other non-Hollywood celebrities, in general, could be interesting too--not just Korean
I watched this Korean lady take off her makeup the other day. That was something! She kind off peeled off the bridge of her nose and her jaw was set into place with some kind of tape. WTF. Also, fake teeth are hot in South Korea.
Love all your videos. You show so much respect and professionalism in your comments👍
You’re right Dr. Gary. Their pictures are fake and extremely photoshopped. Apparently now, you can do video photoshopping. That’s crazy!
Thank you so much for the details in this video Dr. Also your added update video clip in regards to photoshop & app alterations she does.
Dr. Gary, would it be possible to make a video like that about Kaitlin Olson? she's an actress commonly known by her role in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. her appearance has changed significantly over the years, and to me it looks like a great success, so I thought that reviewing her would be a good content for your channel, and I'm also very interested what was done to make her look so good
I LOVE Kaitlin Olson. She’s so funny. I too am curious what Dr. Gary would be able to identify.

doc, i have enjoyed your videos for awhile now. i really appreciate statements you made about the unrealistic & unattainable beauty this group of people advertise. it is so damaging.
That’s a good one! Will add to the list.
I’m not a fan of her below-the-neck work, but I think her facial surgeries look very well done.
But Dr Gary - did you omit her lip lift in the financial summary? Maybe you listed it by its technical name. I’m so hooked on your videos!
her first eye surgery was so cool; her first year shown and her last year shown are her most beautiful because she looks the most middle eastern and skinniest in those years. maybe she went through a stage in the middle. looking forward to seeing more (:

I’m definitely going to get surgery when I’m older to maintain my looks. Couldn’t care less if it’s fake.
Hey Gary! love your informative videos, can I ask for a topic for a video?
I wonder if the celebs watch these and are all like he got them all right. Lol 😂
I love your explanation on all the procedures ...I will.not get any surgery unless it is a medical necessity. But my face ( or body) is not my fortune..I am wondering if having too many surgeries can affect ome's health. Naturally pretty before surgery..
very interesting. love your videos. as a lover of medicine and art, your field is very appealing to me. an interesting merge of art/aesthetics and medicine/science.
Lip fillers were done too. With body alterations over a million no doubt.
Can you do Janet Jackson, Latoya Jackson, Patti Labelle, Vivica Fox, Nene Leakes. Bella Hadid, Christina Aguilera.
Kim Kardashian was gorgeous before all the surgeries.. prettiest of all her sisters
Her last nose job took off too much of her nose so there was too much space between new nose and lips. It changed her look drastically, so she lifted her top lip to compensate for taking off too much of her nose. The previous nose looked more natural.
in my opinion, her 2012 look, right before that nose job, was her best!
Amazing how the faces changes over the years.
Bruh exotic? What are they, a fruit?

Yes she's done "a lot of amazing things". 😆 She's had a lot of amazing cosmetic surgery I can agree with that!
SO HAPPY U DID THIS ONE!!!
She was already beautiful before. Very exotic. She needs to stop while her face still looks human. After many years of messing with the face, the end result is usually Joan Rivers.
Wow love this! You are the best!

I loved her 2006/2007 nose. It made her look exotic - a unique beauty.
I only watched this to see your sponsorship commercial. It was totally worth it.😁
Nothing personal on the content. I am really just suffering from Kardashian fatigue. There's probably a lot of us.
I think she has done more to her lips than just a lip lift. She always had a full lower lip but now it is really full and puffy and her upper lip is now very big. They look more natural than Kylie and khloe’s lips, but definitely much larger than they used to.
