I heard this theory about remote areas and incense before (someone told me they found two Snorlaxes that way) but I haven't tried it out yet. We're planning to drive out in the middle of nowhere and use a bunch of incense soon, but if it doesn't work it will be a really boring vlog :P

Eh. I have a trick. Don't put your most powerful Pokemon or the one you want to put in the gym as your first battler. I always set mine as my last. (Mine's a 990 Hypno I named Swag... I'm many things but normal isn't one of them XD) Then hopefully you won't have to heal it and can just put the Pokemon in the gym and go. (also be sure to know what types are common in your location if you want to keep the gym. where i live there's a ton of water types and i've seen some fire types as the most powerful pokemon in a gym. don't be like those people. the gyms are taken down incredibly fast.)

Airports work. At least the ones that has has spawns removed (some airports still have spawns as usual). I tried an Incense while at the Stockholm airport and I got a Snorlax and a Seel (and some other mons, but that's the two I remember).
I should add that I was actually out in the plane, not inside the airport, because we had to wait 25 minutes after boarding (waiting for passengers coming in on a delayed flight).
Airport still have spawns, but Niantic have stopped pokemon spawning on runways and airport taxiways. If you were on the aircraft you would still be close enough to the building to get the spawn from the airport building.
I don't know about every airport, but I do know that the two I have visited in Sweden (Landvetter in Gothenburg and Arlanda in Stockholm) has had spawnings removed in the entire area. They are not small airports and they have enormous amount of cell phone activity, both have several gyms and Poké stops, but both places are totally free from vild Pokémons and the sightings list is empty. The only other airport I have visited is the one in Vilnius, Lithuania, and at that airport Pokémons spawned as usual. I caught wild Pokémons right after we had landed, out on the taxiway.

He's trolling you don't. Anyway you should max it out. It becomes tougher to power up if you evolve due to the fact that the cost for power ups raises. Max him out first and save some time. Then as time goes on, power him up with your level.
It's up too you but if you before you invest all your candy and stardust on it you should evolve it first to see what move it will have bc if u end up maxing it out and have trash moves you would have wasted so much candy and stardust but again it's up to you hope I helped
I went on a cruise and during the time in which we were far from land and I was capable of using data, holy crap were the spawns good. An aerodactyl spawned, SNORLAX!, graveler, charmeleon, and so so much other stuff.
Do you have any proof? Screenshots ect? of nearby because I had the reverse effect where the more people the better pokemon spawned basically got my garados and snorlax this way.
FadingDarkMist RL I had the reverse fucking findings and a simple documentation of multiple screenshots shows it. I have never seen anyone get a really rare.. like Snorlax, Lapras ect, Gyarados.... I can gladly post sevral catches where about 60+ people at 2 lures gave me a Gyarados

Hello there! I'm not sure which one of you is Nick and which is Juan, but am just glad you guys made this video. It has been very helpful in so many ways and made the game much more interesting than just trying to figure out on ourselves. I've watched this episode and tested it out on a bus ride from the airport to my home. It was true enough that it spawned 1 pokemon per minute. Also when my sightings showed nothing, I think it draws from the previous sighting as well as that seemed to happen to me very often, spawning pokemon from my previous sighting when it was blank. Also, not too sure whether you have mentioned this before, but incense increases your scan radius as well. Normally you see 2 pings, 1 white and when the white disappears, a pink 1 extends further away, around 10% further I guess? So when you have your incense on your scan radius increases too! Thanks for all the great videos you've made. Looking forward to each new episode!

Spending a weekend at my uncle and aunt's; I've used an incense in the middle of nowhere (no pokemon for at least one mile) and it yielded 0 Pokemon. None at all :(

And I currently leave near 2 nest a squirtle and a charmander nest but after I watched yesterday I realized that these two nest are not nest but instead habitats because they only appear 4 each hour in the case of the charmanders and the squirtle 1 or 2 each hours. I think there are not type one nest like the jynx one outside USA. What do you think nick ?

I've tested Incense in no spawn places. It amazes me that the spot where i was standing had a lot of influence on what i got. I've tested multiple incense at one place and it kept giving me Geodude, Growlith and Charmander. When i moved just one meter to the right i got more Magikarps, Polywag and Psyduck. Once i've moved a meter too the left i got Paras and Belsprout. I found it highly regular and equally, i've tested about 30 incense for this purpose. Hope it helps you to figure it out better. BTW keep up the good work, you gave me a lot of insight already ;)

Ive noticed that they spawn more in coastal towns .I went on vacation recently to a coastal town and there were tons electric pokemon

Hey nick i love your videos keep it up :) also I have a question do the nest migration only occurs un the USA because I am from Colombia an I haven't notice a nest change in my area. And I currently leave near 2 nest a squirtle and a charmander nest but after I watched yesterday I realized that these two nest are not nest but instead habitats because they only appear 4 each hour in the case of the charmanders and the squirtle 1 or 2 each hours. I think there are not type one nest like the jynx one outside USA. What do you think nick ?

This was the very first Trainer Tips video I ever watched and I've watched every video ever since. Hooked.
I've tested Incense in no spawn places. It amazes me that the spot where i was standing had a lot of influence on what i got. I've tested multiple incense at one place and it kept giving me Geodude, Growlith and Charmander. When i moved just one meter to the right i got more Magikarps, Polywag and Psyduck. Once i've moved a meter too the left i got Paras and Belsprout. I found it highly regular and equally, i've tested about 30 incense for this purpose. Hope it helps you to figure it out better. BTW keep up the good work, you gave me a lot of insight already ;)

Confirmed this on a cruise ship. The pool it picks is totally random when you're in the middle of no where. Only draw back is that you still get quite a few Pidgey & Rattata.
