Ya it doesn’t reset every day, it resets every 24. If you do them at say 2 pm, you have to wait a full 24 hours to do them not at 12 am the next day. It’s kinda dumb
What type of candies does your pokemon bring you back whenever you leave one behind? Rare candy, candy from the dynamax you left behind, or candy from the dynamax pokemon you fought at that spot? also, what do you get if you transfer a dynamax pokemon? max particles, guaranteed xl candy?
Found out the answers on my own: The candies you earn are designated towards the pokemon you leave in dynamax gyms. So far no XL candies have been earned but i am assuming that you get those once harder pokemon come out. 2nd thing, when you transfer a dynamax pokemon you get an XL candy from it. I have tried it twice and so far its been the same thing. Id only transfer them if you have a lot of dynamax pokemon and need to get the xl candy to max out your moves. Tips: I found a shiny squirtle and got 5 extra ones after that (non shinies) Since I dont have a lot of xl candy for him, im farming charmander and bulba for a shiny but leave behind all of my squirtles in popular areas. Thay way every day they get their 5 max candies and i repeat. Side note: I might just farm squirtles to get the xl candy to max out his dynamax moves, then if i get a shiny, i can always trade with friends if they every get another dynamax shiny. 30+ Battles and so far no luck with any other shiny. Good luck trainers!
Awesome adam nailed it on the head! I dont wanna use the lvl 100 melmetal i got from worlds twitch stream in my new sword and shield account i started! Lol feels fresh i really like it. And like Nick said i can be anything now so having some fresh to go after LOVE IT!
I agree it's a positive addition and it's probably better to have such a soft reset. If you could just convert everything you already have into Dynamax ready Pokemon, it'd likely be too boring. However, with Shinies, (too many rather useless) costumed Pokemon, PVP (which I'm avoiding recently, but I'm still keeping the PVP IV Pokemon...), the recent addition of Showcases, and now Dynamax... Box space is getting ever scarcer. I think with some cleaning, I could make some space, but with the large number of Pokemon in all these versions, it's quite some work... Anyways, I'm looking forward to what the Dynamax and eventually Gigantamax feature will turn into in Pokemon GO. Nice video together with Adam :)
I'm just not sure how into this I will get, from a candy perspective, you have to spend hundreds to level up your pokemon, so it'll take a long time to reclaim that amount leaving your pokemon at the spots
im seeing this event benifits newer play4ers more so because they can have easy access to starters while also upgrading them for mega and dynamax usage.
The way I’m doing it. I invested in a dynamax wooloo because I had the extra candy from the extra XL candy guaranteed from the event. But for any other Dynamax, I’m gonna wait for a hundo to really invest.
This definitely feels like one of the most fun features they've added in a while. I'm glad you have to start from scratch, makes the hunt more fun. And being able to do several a day for free, not to mention how prevalent they are, has been great. I'm going out of my way to play more xD (Though the sneaky 200 coin optional purchase being RIGHT where your fingers usually tap, with the same color green, and right near the catch button is like bruh, come on.)
I agree with everything but heads up it will ask you for confimation on new screen that pulls up for the 200 pokè coin purchese which is nice but yea i agree kinda silly spot to have it lol

I think the most expensive raids will become 800, since you can get 800 (soft cap) a day. But might be higher for super special raid. With normal raids you get 1 daily free pass, so 1 daily max battle just makes sense to me
When they get around to Gigantimax inclusion I'll be really annoyed if there isn't a method to make your older pokemon Max Out. Maybe a quest to gather the Bread, like in S&S. I have a lvl50 Melmetal, and I'd really like to use it for something other than PvP.
Extra rewards should be 25 coins, tops. Other than that, I like the new design and being able to "raid" alone and how pokemon that people left behind can help each other out. And it is nice how this is kin of a hard reset, but also not really, since it is its own thing. I like this.
I really think there needs to be a consideration somewhere down the line to allow players to spend MP, or some item, to allow older Pokemon to G-Max/D-Max.
You will see the pokémon spawn where the question mark is in the lower left corner (6:06). You didn’t have any spawn there this time, but there is where you will find it.

I figured out that if you want to see the battle spawns you are better off catching everything around the power spot before doing the battle so you can actually see them.
Honestly I like the Dynamaxing, I've been going out and actually playing the game again..but the daily cap is just god awful, the moment they move past 1 stars and things start costing 500 MP or more I have a feeling I'm gonna stop playing again.
Only 1 star can be be done solo. Maybe 3 star if you invest dust in crappy iv Pokémon that can dynamax, but I bet the high level dynamax battles will be like shadow legendary raids
I'm unsure: but I think the extra pokemon that can spawn doesn't spawn around the power spot. Instead if you go in as if you we're to collect particles you'll see a little encounter icon you can click that gives you an encounter like that dreepy you showed. I'm assuming from personal experience though! This maybe is a seperate thing so I'd love for someone to confirm or deny this
Do you think there will be a Max Soup item that will let you dynamax any pokemon in your account? Would be cool if it dropped rarely in a 5* dynamax raid.
I've been doing the Dynamax raids and have been having fun for now I've completed all the available Dynamax pokemon evolution lines and have already fully evolved all but 1 of them 1 more evolution on that 1 and I'll have full Dynamax families I haven't been sticking around for the special spawns after the Dynamax raids nor have I been trying for shinys, hundos, or shundos all the ones I'm evolving have 3 stars and that's good enough for me for right now
Yes, Niantic learned from the mistake this time, do not use us as Pokemon Go players for creating Power Spot for them like previous routes and Pokestops.
Personally as a rural player having to start a whole new collection is really deincentivising to continue playing. I can't do top tier raids because i don't have people to do with, have to reply on people joing remotely. At the moment it doesn't matter because the max battles are easy but if they require more people or having people leave pokemon there to help i can't see anyone doing there where i live.
A better & new feature would be to finally add Gym Leaders collect badges to fight the elite 4 - Gary/Ash/Prof Oak ie - this would be more fun than a dynomax feature that is a potential cause for more storage -$$-
For me, the addtional rewards cost could be worth it upon release of higher level max battles (particularly gmax battles) Right now, definitely not worth 200 PC to have those add. rewards
Does CP & IVs matter for Dynamax battles? I lucked into a 100% Dynamax Charmander today, which is starred and marked to evolve when it gets Blast Burn... but the question is whether it's worth powering up the CP of any time soon. (Did someone lv.50 a wooloo and go around just one-shotting Dynamax battles, or is a lvl. 15 wooloo and lvl.50 wooloo identical for the purposes of Dynamax battles?
Does CP matter in these battles? I’m enjoying collecting Charmander for the upcoming psychic event. However, I’m super annoyed at the thought of investing stardust in max mons when I have hundo and shiny Charmander that I haven’t leveled yet. Also, I’d prefer to evolve them at the end of the year so I can get the legacy moves, even though it seems that only the fast move type matters for max battles.
The gigantimax dropped and I got some crazy dynamax evolved with good attack setups, still can’t beat anything with a full crew with 3 each fully evolved. We raided on the drop day with insane teams, everyone lost 😂
Out of the 5+ battles I have done I have gotten only one power spot spawn. It seems very rare, not sure if it's intentional for it to be this scarce or not.
When leaving a Dmax pokemon at a spot.. Since the pokemon isn't actually helping and only providing a damage boost bc something filled the slot.. it makes sense to *not* leave your best ones behind, right? So were always going to see junk pokemon left at spots?
I have a love/hate relationship with dynamax pokemon. I don’t like the way dynamax is. I like that you have a new Collection for new powers, but I don’t like that you can’t use the dynamax features outside of dynamax battles. I do love how you can’t use remote raid passes on it though. It adds a cap to op spending habits. We all know what it was like to remotely play 5* raids with randoms for 100 poke coins. Even though it’s double that now, the point still stands.
I HATE where the upgrade rewards button is. My 7 year old was doing Dynamax battles with me in the neighborhood and she wanted to click it every single time. I work hard in gyms to save her up coins! lol Dynamax has been fun though
I haven't seen any spawn outside of the power spot but if you are inside in the lower left corner the question mark icon changes and when you tap it you get the interaction with a pokemon.

Ya it doesn’t reset every day, it resets every 24. If you do them at say 2 pm, you have to wait a full 24 hours to do them not at 12 am the next day. It’s kinda dumb
Love Adam's "bulba... Bulba..." call 😂
Love the simple term "Steve" for the term! I like the concept. 😊
Found out the answers on my own:
The candies you earn are designated towards the pokemon you leave in dynamax gyms.
If the are going to force us to recollect the whole Pokedex they need to double the bag space with a thousand free spaces.
Good stuff guys! Thanks!
I’m just annoyed I can’t dynamax anything I already have like my hundos, shinies, etc like we have to catch all over again and hunt for good IVs
Don’t have anyone to play with so unfortunately this feature will be useless to me
@@jmoriarty8000 I don't either and have been playing. You can solo all of these with just one Pokemon :)
@@sambeawesome I’ve done those, I was talking about when they get harder and you need 3 others, sorry I didn’t make that clear.

Broooo...bring back the O G music.....plz
wait when did he get rid of his intro music?
@@justinarney3050it’s been a while now atleast over a year or so Iv noticed it then and thought he might bring it back maybe on another upload but he never did. Nick is Hollywood now or whatever you wana call it lol But I do miss the old intro music. The good ol days
Keep up the great work Nick wholesome video as always!
Couldn't agree more! I've been at odds with the game for a while now, because I feel so far behind everyone. Suddenly, I feel like I'm on the same level as everyone again, and it feels good!
Actually the game automatically collects particles for you if you enter a max raid
HA! 😂 In the first battle, it looked like the Wooloo’s were twerking! I just noticed it in your video and not on my own game! 😂😂
You take the short bus home huh ?
@@marquisethomas5611 you had an orgie on the short bus, bruh. stfu
Dynamax is way more fun the raids ive been grinding them since lord knows we will get medals for dynamax/ gigantamax in the future
Extra rewards should be 25 coins, tops. Other than that, I like the new design and being able to "raid" alone and how pokemon that people left behind can help each other out. And it is nice how this is kin of a hard reset, but also not really, since it is its own thing. I like this.
How to beat beldum solo, ideally.
Love your videos. Very informative. It’s Max Particles though - not Max Points. 🙂
I really think there needs to be a consideration somewhere down the line to allow players to spend MP, or some item, to allow older Pokemon to G-Max/D-Max.
That’d be nice if you can solo legendary when they come out if the max amount of trainers leave their pokemon there to help boost attack
You will see the pokémon spawn where the question mark is in the lower left corner (6:06). You didn’t have any spawn there this time, but there is where you will find it.
Yeah, the locating adpect needs some work. Click a thing, its in thay general direction! Hope your payong attention! (Or know the area)
It's finally here. Dynamadam.
I was doing raids today and noted that i didnt have to change max spots to get a different pokemon. The one spot rotated with each of the now available max pokeys. I.e. i clicked and raided the charmander and caught it. Tried to go back in to collect the max energy and it changed to bulbsaur. Entered again, changed to a squirtle. Again. Wooloo. Again. Skwovet. Very very very weird
Let's be happy for once. It's not bad as a new released feature.
Look like leveling up a dynamax Pokemon to max level needs a certain amount of XL candy of the Pokemon. Example 40 XL candies of the dynamax Pokemon.

Manab berries can be used along with other berries.
For example, if a player uses manab berries and pinab berries to catch Pikachu, players end up with one guaranteed one XL and double Pikachu candies.
I figured out that if you want to see the battle spawns you are better off catching everything around the power spot before doing the battle so you can actually see them.
Battle spawns?
@@thezombiesatemyhomework7412 sometimes there are post-battle spawns that show up for a few minutes around the power spot.
Honestly I like the Dynamaxing, I've been going out and actually playing the game again..but the daily cap is just god awful, the moment they move past 1 stars and things start costing 500 MP or more I have a feeling I'm gonna stop playing again.
Go raids inspired dynamax we have come full circle
My favorite thing about these raids is I can solo them. Its so hard to coordinate people to raid together
This maybe is a seperate thing so I'd love for someone to confirm or deny this
You can dodge into the max bubbles that sometimes appear and get a big boost to the Max Meter. Tapping it doesn’t collect it
Do you think there will be a Max Soup item that will let you dynamax any pokemon in your account? Would be cool if it dropped rarely in a 5* dynamax raid.
5:48
You have more mega energy than you probably need, not a waste
W content looking forward to home improvement videos!
The positives to me are the easy rare candy and the candy you are apparently earning with them being left behind.
I had a galarian slowpoke as a max-spot wild spawn, so it seems to include any galarian pokemon alongside the new ones.
I've been doing the Dynamax raids and have been having fun for now I've completed all the available Dynamax pokemon evolution lines and have already fully evolved all but 1 of them 1 more evolution on that 1 and I'll have full Dynamax families I haven't been sticking around for the special spawns after the Dynamax raids nor have I been trying for shinys, hundos, or shundos all the ones I'm evolving have 3 stars and that's good enough for me for right now
1,000 max particles wouldn’t be fair as it costs MP to upgrade pokemon as well. Just my thoughts
I love how they made it more close to Pokémon sword and shield battling rather than pokemon go battles
A better & new feature would be to finally add Gym Leaders collect badges to fight the elite 4 - Gary/Ash/Prof Oak ie - this would be more fun than a dynomax feature that is a potential cause for more storage -$$-
For me, the addtional rewards cost could be worth it upon release of higher level max battles (particularly gmax battles)
Right now, definitely not worth 200 PC to have those add. rewards
Haha, I'm wearing the same shirt as Adam today!!!
100% correct! 4:19
I like how you motivate each other to get the $$
in swsh only one person in the raid can dynamax their pokemon and i wish that carried over here so teams would have to strategize more
It will be epic to catch a shiny dynamax. More ever if it turn out to be 100IV
Out of the 5+ battles I have done I have gotten only one power spot spawn. It seems very rare, not sure if it's intentional for it to be this scarce or not.
To answer your question sir yes!!
Yes I do want to use my old Pokemon in every new Pokemon game
thank you very much!!
What is the requirement for earning XL candy for a pokemon left in a power spot?
Increased lucky chance is probably some seed got reset on their rng servers
When leaving a Dmax pokemon at a spot..
Since the pokemon isn't actually helping and only providing a damage boost bc something filled the slot.. it makes sense to *not* leave your best ones behind, right? So were always going to see junk pokemon left at spots?
do the Dynamax Raids count towards the level 41 requirements task?
I have a love/hate relationship with dynamax pokemon.
I don’t like the way dynamax is. I like that you have a new Collection for new powers, but I don’t like that you can’t use the dynamax features outside of dynamax battles. I do love how you can’t use remote raid passes on it though. It adds a cap to op spending habits. We all know what it was like to remotely play 5* raids with randoms for 100 poke coins. Even though it’s double that now, the point still stands.
I totally like the graphics of this and so far no need to pay to play!
sharticle is crazy 13:18
I HATE where the upgrade rewards button is. My 7 year old was doing Dynamax battles with me in the neighborhood and she wanted to click it every single time. I work hard in gyms to save her up coins! lol
Dynamax has been fun though
So to be clear, the dynamax pokemon cannot be used for any raids or anything else in the game?
14:17 either a cb500 or a ninja 400 in the back
I'd say sounds more like a cbr500r than ninja 400, After market exhausts make it a little harder for me to recognise tho so can't be 100% sure

I haven't seen any spawn outside of the power spot but if you are inside in the lower left corner the question mark icon changes and when you tap it you get the interaction with a pokemon.
Wait, so if I transfer the ones from research I am effectively locking myself from battling with them?
