I am so into flat roof but if need be to harness water he should have a proportional waterway off the roof. The splash on the wall will weaken and dumpen the wall in the long run damage the wall. The fundis are top notch, a little moulding here and there, choice of colours of course the use of laser cut kinda panels on the porch will make this place epic.
