Hello kijana msafi, good work and finishing. Greetings from Kigali, Rwanda. My comment is in the bathrooms:- please introduce hand and grab rails of 40mm dia. Many people slip and fall in such spaces and these are safety features that have saved many.

The kitchen is poorly designed. The stove should not be by the fridge. Kitchen designers are triangulated unless it's a gallery kitchen.

Nice designs. The entrance to the second bedroom is a trip hazard due to the hand wash basin being in the way. Why not change the position of the bedroom door to open on the opposite side. I think right side. Just a suggestion.
We factored a couple of ideas and that was an ideal one...the client and his visitors are safe ...

How much does the construction of the house cost plus all interior designs?
Am not a contractor but I know , the cost differs asper the size, design and the materials. Maybe you request for a plan and he will assist you in BQ preparation.
