My arms are so long I can touch the top of my knees while standing straight up. So my clean always look like I pull early. I've tried the arm bend before but it has never worked well for me. I think it was because I would create the bend as I was pulling instead of doing the bend at the start like what you said. I'm going to try it again on my next clean day. Thanks!

I looked at your other videos to see how you perform the clean (the main thing is to look more carefully, and not be distracted by a pretty girl:))), I'm glad that you made a separate video...what material the bar is made of? I NEVER make contact with my thighs/hips during the 1st pulls of the clean/snatch. I feel like it’s a huge issue that has hindered my ability to get stronger in my Olympic lifts. Last time I tried to fix this problem, I noticed i was losing all of my momentum from the first pull to the second pull. In other words: I was basically pulling the bar from the ground the to my thighs and almost pausing before cleaning the bar. Any tips or exercises to help fix this problem?

Thank you for sharing your barbell warmup. Thank you for sharing your tips on the Clean & Jerk. If I had a EMOM-6 of 6 Pull-up buy in & to accumulate 36 Clean & Jerks, would I do touch & go or 115#? Could I do that warm up before I started the workout? Great job with the EMOM workout. Do you not want to have a slight bend of the arm? Don't you always want to try for your goals even if you hit 90% and your positioning might be a little off? Great job with the heavy Clean & Jerk.
