@@Smallbarnworkshop The Scottish summer was a good week this year. Plate rack is done. Had a start on a bathroom vanity for the daughter bday that got preempted to Christmas. Want to do shampoo and gibbles for the foot of the tub wall.
Enjoy your videos always detailed information. Could I ask you what is the model number of your Titan nailer and what is the maximum length of nail please.
Hi Mike, thank you. Ive just had a look ay Screw fix and it seem to have been updated by this model (link below) Bargain at £29.99. I have had mine maybe 8 years. longest fixings are 30mm. Regards JP www.screwfix.com/p/titan-ttb961nal-30mm-second-fix-electric-nail-gun-240v/909pg
Nice one JP. Only thing missing is a fold up support arm for when you have longer material cuts to support on the out feed side. Will be giving this a go in Autumn and will also add a dedicated vacuum into the cart. I hope Banggood send you their new track hinge for using on worktops for a review soon. Looks good but my track (Bosch) is not listed as supported and they do not give enough information online to figure it out. Someone did ask online in Q/A but just got the reply figure it out with the information provided! Has a great price compared to other brands like Benchdogs.
Hi Gary. I have just had a look at the track hinge. I need to speak to my contact there. I have a support system in mind which will be coming soon. Regards JP
Hi JP, great video. I have a setup a bit similar, the router table as an add-on extension to the outfeed table of the saw. One thing I noticed is that it can be quite annoying having to take the fence off sometimes because bigger pieces on the saw table will interfere with it. With regards to that, I was wondering how easy your current setup is for you with regards to getting the fence on/off? Is it working for you like this?
Hi. The fence does come of easy by twisting the two large knobs. I have been cutting timber on the saw today and panels with 300mm towards the fence need removal. Its not often I cut these but I will need to remove fence if I do. I do tend to cut panels with the track saw. Regards JP
Hi Rob. Thanks. It's not 110 Volt cable it is taken forma 240v 2.5mm rubberised extension flex that had 4 x UK sockets on the end., put that part in the bin earlier in the week. It's the same extension I have trailing across the garden for 12 months. Regards JP
Morning Paul, thank you. I like MFC especially if you can get stuff with a good quality face, my main bench top is MFC and with the fluctuating weather hasn’t moved at all. suggest timber nosings and not the iron on edging. Regards JP
Hi. Depends where you are in the world. if in UK / EU then they gave a warehouse in the Czech republic. If you following this link than you can add the best option for depatch warehousing. Regards JP www.banggood.com/custlink/GmKIKyABeD

All looks very efficient for use of space and ease of working . . . but a little bit naughty with the yellow 110v cable!

That is a cracking workstation JP. What do you think to a melamine topped torsion box for the router table part?

Where do you buy the Banggood router lift and fence? I would prefer not to order them from America with the additional taxes and shipping.
