Great Idea Bro. I think you can make 3D printed parts for coupling the stepper motor and hotend to the frame. That will give it more rigidity.

It is good to build but problem is using pvc pipe we are not able to align precise and pvc are not good for these type of precising project use pre build aluminium frame

How you compensate with those vibration and layer shifting.
The motors i have used were not powerful enough..so they were loosing steps....take nema 17 with minimum 4.2 kg-cm torque and it will work....

Hello bro actually i bought that link but in that there is no dimensions provided in that pdf its just like a blueprint can i know that dimensions where should i get?
Just cut that blue print and paste it on the board and then cut the board according to it.
For the heat bed plate, first cut the board of the same size as of head bed and then paste the heat bed sticker at the center
Show the print quality and time also
which stepper motor should we buy for best performance
Nema 17, prefer price range of 550-600 Rs
Sir can ve use 3 kg cm stepper motor in this project
If you are purchasing...then go with 4.7 kg, but if you already have 3kg then you can use them but your printer speed will be less otherwise the motor will skip the step.....

If you want to use 20 teeth pulley then make try to use same diameter idler pulley....smaller one will also work...but won't look good..., 😊

At the top where the two threaded rods are passing through the board
I have not used them but you can use a glue gun to mount the bearings.
It will stop the wear and tear of the board by the threaded rods

bro how durable is this printer? how long does it last? how detailed are the prints
If you print with low speed then prints are smooth. The speed must be equal to 40 mm per sec for smooth prints.
If you need high quality print at 60 mm/sec then you have to make a more durable frame of aluminium L angle.

Yes you can do it without a display by using your laptop.
But you need to connect the laptop till the print lasts...

It is showing Thermal runaway in middle of printing and stopped printing why what should I do
Simple problem check hotend sensor wire or if that is ok then replace thant sensor it has only low cost
@@hum.ortales1753did you place any fan near to the nozzle then plz remove I have this same issue. Now u only put fan that comes with nozzle and remove all other fans that u where added then try
I just explain the problem
If you added extra fan for the cooling of filament that time when you heat hotend to your needed temperatures the wind from fan that you were added will hit in nozzle area that time the heater can't attain temperature that you command at that time the thermal runway will active and printer stops
The only thing you wanted to do is remove extra fan you added and only place fan of hotend
