Best video for making a 3-D printer ever! 10/10 I’ve been looking for a person who knows how to make a good video step by step video. Definitely subscribing. I hope all your future videos are this in depth when necessary because others seem to gloss over the details.

Made a 3d printer from your video then printed parts for the new one made 2 sold one then printed parts for assembling old one now i have sold 2 printers and I have two printers ...and now make a 45cm x45cm x45cm printer with multicolored pla all thankz to you guys for growing the urge to make a 3dprinter....thankz
It looks to me like the gantry carriages are backward - with this design, you'd want the X axis rod supports outside the Z axis rods, not inside. You lose a few centimeters of usable travel on each side having them set this way.
Swapping the L and R Z-axis carriages (which would put the X axis stepper on the right so setting the controller to reverse that axis' direction would probably be required) and moving the Z axis steppers/screws outside the frame would give much more working area by allowing the hotend carriage to travel the full width of the frame.

Well done! Very nice diy project. But for me as a technician there is a problem. The final product for the total cost of building, I mean the total cost of the parts, the project is very bad. I believe if you make some upgrades the printer will be much better than this! Keep up dude!!

Print something that will be printed over all four hot plates and don't cheat with something like 10x10cm in a center. Would like to see how much it will bend... Nice printer! :D
Yes of course in video 37:58 to 38:19 I clearly mentioned that "this is temporary arrangemnt" and yes some work is pending due to this project is college project and deadline of submission is so close and another reason is "Heated Bed Leveling Hand Adjustment Fixing Nut" this part is not available near my local market. give me some time I will upload whole 3d print object which will cover all four plates thanks, :D

At the base of the print it looks like it's got an indent where it was no longer printing straight up. Did you figure out what was causing that issue and did you since fix it?
yes because of some fault in my x-axis stepper motor, it misses some step and, so I thinking about upgrade higher current rating stepper motor only for x-axis and change DRV8825 stepper motor driver instead of A4988.

Dude u can connect a LCD to the RAMPS board and it supports TF cards to give file
otherwise u need to connect Arduino to pc and give code through pronterface

How did you eliminate axial misalignment?
in my case misalignment found in the only z-axis (8 mm lead screw) setup which I eliminated by some extra sheet of acrylic or aluminium according to the requirements.
this process is not working with Arduino Mega 2560 + RAPMS 1.4

70 usd can be 3d printer bro... All frame built from alumunium profile, and used stepper motor ... Used stepper motor only 10 usd for 5 pieces... And ramps 1.4 kit only 20 USd.🤭🤭
