In all Elvis concerts when he sang "Love Me Tender" all the girls knew he would kiss those at the edge of the stage. To see him off stage when he is even more sexy, watch "Elvis Presley in the Studio" he really clowned around in rehearsals, he was so cute. He loved his band and his backup singers. He had it all. Thanks lovely lady. Be Blessed

Only Elvis could get away with this - we loved him and he loved us back. Many times at Graceland and his homes in LA he would come down to the gates and sign autographs and chat. Some of the so-called 'gate girls' who often hung out there have some great stories and photos.
This was a TRULY great man.He always had time for fans and I heard stories of people coming up and greeting him on the street ,he would often take them to the local auto dealer and buy them Cadillacs. He loved football and I saw a clip where he made a tackle on someboby and his athletic ability was impressive. He served in the army and seriouslyy, can you imagine ANY celebrity these days doing that.Check out Speedway ,where he plays a race car driver or VivaLasVegas, his costar was AnnMargaret, another bright young star at the time,
You definitely would not see any performers do this today. Even Elvis, think about it. He did that nearly every Vegas show. Did he have to, at his level of fame and celebrity? No, but he did it for his fans. It was well known the respect he had for them and all the fame and success they gave him, he remained humble until the day he died and felt obligated to give something back. He knew he was giving the fans memories to last a lifetime.
I miss your reactions to Elvis! ELvis could do whatever he wanted, he was the king and these women's husbands weren't even jealous! More Elvis please! maybe from 68 area
I regret I never saw Elvis in person. I was busy with a new born the only time he performed in New York City. I was so sad when Elvis died I couldn’t go to work for 3 days and my husband joked that I won’t take a day off when he passed. He always kept tract of any specials or documentaries on TV and let me watch. I think he liked Elvis too, especially when he sang more ballads later in his career. Yes, you will love “just pretend”.
He did a 2nd walk through the audience when he had on the Chain jumpsuit w-leather tabs & the 2 bottom rows of chains & tabs were ripped from the jumpsuit. When a woman yelled up for him to come back down again he said, Honey, I wouldn't go back down there again for love nor money." There is a few seconds of film of him being lifted up by some of the audience members. People dressed up nicely when they went out, not like the sloppiness of now.

Do you know an east Indian man did a survey to see how many countries even knew about Elvis and found out that there is a memorial or a statue of him in every major country in the would. In fact Tom Hanks who was in the Elvis movie said if you were to wash up on the shore in the most remote parts on earth you would know of one person who would know the name Elvis or know one of his songs. He was the coolest guy ever. His original one of this song is 1956 it's from his first film Love me tender. Something I think you would like would be his song Young dreams from the film King Creole but I would recommend the colorised versions, It's just so clear. Thank You 🙂
I love your reactions to Elvis, I feel sorry for his bodyguards, the Memphis Mafia as they were called, they got beat up pretty bad when Elvis toured in the 1970's by some of the crazed ladies in the audience, when he was drafted into the army in 1958, he learned karate and he would work out using karate the rest of his life, even incorporating it into his show's in the '70's, the song "Suspicious Minds" he would cut loose, check out "Suspicious Minds" from the documentary "Like A Prince From Another Planet" and you will see what I mean!!! What a fun reaction. Make sure to listen to the original version of this song, from 1956. @@Patracat I remember reading about a fan describing her experience meeting Elvis in 1971, I think. She was in a room full of people in a hotel restaurant after one of his concerts and he was not expected to be there but slipped in via a small side door meant for cater staff, accompanied by one member of his entourage. She said everyone - EVERYONE - got quiet and turned as one toward him. She said she lost her breath, he was that stunning and sweet. He smiled and started quietly greeting people, shaking hands and showing great kindness to all, especially older people. The fan said he was tall, tanned and absolutely exquisite, with the bluest eyes and the thickest lashes. Everyone in that room was taken by his rare beauty, his masculinity and his Southern manners. She got to meet him and he kissed her cheek, saying it was nice of her to take the time to stop by. The thing is, this story is not unique. This is how he was.
Ola, it's so adorable when you fan girl over Elvis. I'd be afraid for you if Elvis kissed you, I think you'd faint dead away. Elvis's friend Tom Jones did the same thing with girls in his audience.
I tried to warn you about this one! Lol Glad you survived 😂 Elvis always kissed his fans, though in the 50s it was on the cheeks of the girls asking for autographs. I guess he decided to bump it up a notch in the 70s, to nobody’s disappointment! I agree with reacting to Just Pretend, as well as Blue Christmas (‘68), and You’ve Lost that Loving Feeling (‘70).
In a later performance, someone from the audience yelled out something about coming down from the stage and his reply was, "There is not enough money in all the world for me to come out there again." But for the few times he did it, it was pretty special.
Yes I was born in 1962 and I do know that Elvis Presley was a big deal back in the day with women. There are many singers that I like but they would never come before Jesus Christ it's just the way it is. I like music that touches the soul in a good way. One thing I like about Elvis Presley is when he' SANG many of his songs he gave it all he had.
It has been said that a superstar like Elvis only comes along once in a lifetime. He appealed to a broad audience, from the very young to the very old. I remember my first purchase as a small child was the latest Elvis album.
☺️ I love your reactions. Love songs I think you’d like: • Are You Lonesome Tonight? • Fools Rush In (or Can’t Help Falling In Love) • Always On My Mind Thanks for the reaction 🙏🏽
Jane H commenting ….. People just adored Elvis. He was the total package deal & his fans meant so much to him, that he always wanted to give back to them, as they gave to him in their adoration & love. Elvis’ interaction with his fans, in concert, was all part of his incredible charisma, & he enjoyed being playful on stage, & sometimes cheekily changing the line of a song he was singing. He did all of the musical arrangements himself, even when he was singing with a full orchestra as well as all of his backing singers & musicians. He was multi-talented, & a very gifted singer. He was the very first singer ever to do a concert broadcast worldwide by satellite in 1973 …. The Aloha concert in Hawaii, with a full dress rehearsal the day before, in front of a huge audience, with a donation at the door, which went to cancer research …. $75,000 were raised from that full rehearsal, which was like a concert, which back in the 1970s was a whole lot of money. Elvis was also a very generous man. He was raised in abject poverty & he never forgot that, & would help others in need, including homeless people, when he read about them, heard about them, or came across them. And he was a spiritual man too. I am sure everyone would enjoy seeing Elvis rehearsing ‘Don’t’ in 1970 …. This was expressly written for him when he was in his early twenties, reaching Number One on the billboard in 1958.

One you really need to check out is Elvis's Are You Lonesome Tonight The Laughing Version. I believe it was also recorded in 1970 but I think it is only an audio and not live. It is one of the funniest things I have ever heard.
That was one of the only times he did that, it was just too risky. You could see his security detail were taken by surprise but quickly surrounded him, you can see Joe Esposito and Sam Thompson with him. There are photos from the 1950's where Elvis had his clothes torn off and he was left in his underwear after the fans grabbed him.
Songs for you, from Elvis. ARE YOU LONESOME TONIGHT?, The song LOVE ME is just beautiful. PEACE IN THE VALLEY, because he was raised in church a loved gospel music. The only Grammys Elvis ever won were from his recordings of gospel music. He was very proud of that. And AMERICAN TRILOGY live from Hawaii is an absolute must. Keep going. And enjoy

@@Tassie85 yes oh yes, so many stories like this about Elvis🥰🥰🥰
Linda Thompson said kissing him was like kissing a marshmallow. Now imagine how that feels.
Love this song ❤
Ola, it's so adorable when you fan girl over Elvis. I'd be afraid for you if Elvis kissed you, I think you'd faint dead away.
Elvis's friend Tom Jones did the same thing with girls in his audience.
Goat ❤
I tried to warn you about this one! Lol Glad you survived 😂 Elvis always kissed his fans, though in the 50s it was on the cheeks of the girls asking for autographs. I guess he decided to bump it up a notch in the 70s, to nobody’s disappointment!
I agree with reacting to Just Pretend, as well as Blue Christmas (‘68), and You’ve Lost that Loving Feeling (‘70).
I LOVE ELVIS!❤
Elvis was beyond great 💕🇦🇺
💖💖✌✌🤗🤗
In a later performance, someone from the audience yelled out something about coming down from the stage and his reply was, "There is not enough money in all the world for me to come out there again." But for the few times he did it, it was pretty special.
Yes I was born in 1962 and I do know that Elvis Presley was a big deal back in the day with women. There are many singers that I like but they would never come before Jesus Christ it's just the way it is. I like music that touches the soul in a good way. One thing I like about Elvis Presley is when he' SANG many of his songs he gave it all he had.
❤👑❤️
J'aime cet homme ❤⚡️
charisma, charm, you're describing me!! Love me tender Olavity! 😂😂
Big 👍🏻. You should hear him sing BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATERS. 1970 BEST EVER
It has been said that a superstar like Elvis only comes along once in a lifetime. He appealed to a broad audience, from the very young to the very old. I remember my first purchase as a small child was the latest Elvis album.
Elvis Presley The King of music forever,,,, Elvis The best singer on artist all times,,,, Elvis The voice of God 🥇👑⭐💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫
☺️ I love your reactions. Love songs I think you’d like:
• Are You Lonesome Tonight?
• Fools Rush In (or Can’t Help Falling In Love)
• Always On My Mind
Thanks for the reaction 🙏🏽
Could you imagine how the men felt😂❤
Most were proud that Elvis kissed their ladies.❤
Thanks for this. I love how he pretends to give a Guy a kiss and then pulls away and another Guy,on the walk, got pushed out of the way by him:)

His bodyguards are right behind him.

Those were pre-Corona days:)
ARE YOU LONESOME TONIGHT?,
The song LOVE ME is just beautiful.
PEACE IN THE VALLEY, because he was raised in church a loved gospel music. The only Grammys Elvis ever won were from his recordings of gospel music. He was very proud of that.
And AMERICAN TRILOGY live from Hawaii is an absolute must. Keep going. And enjoy
Everyone loves him. That guy in yellow at 5:48 is just as happy as any of the girls.
🥰
There is no doubt Elvis was a ladies man...Kisses on the cheek is NOT gonna do it for him. Lol !
I think you would really enjoy reacting to ‘Welcome Home Elvis’. Elvis is welcomed home from his military service in Germany. He sings with Frank Sinatra ( whose show it is) and sings two of his songs, as well. It’s a triple banger: th-cam.com/video/Gl6EfrfElYU/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
Spellbinding. He handled his fame quite well, as I understand it, until maybe the last couple of years. But, wow, yeah: It's good to be The King.
Check out live versions of this song from 1956 on The Ed Sullivan Show.
