#UFC - กีฬา
2023 was honestly an amazing year for the sport. Just how many upsets and memorable moments theres been. Lets hope 2024 is even better
Agreed, and 2023 really solidified Islam as the #1 P4P fighter.
Let's hope the 2024 UFC schedule isn't interrupted by US Civil War II.
islam vs leon woukd be dope
violence not sport
@@Yeahuayep you're looking for violence
Robbie Lawler getting the retirement fight was awesome.
One of my favorite moments from a recent event. To go out on top with a knockout win, just brawling the way he did, and to go out on his own terms. Gotta respect the man.
That was my favorite moment. That was epic.
Even better when he made Diaz quit
It's sad when fighters like Robbie become cans. He should have retired years ago.
Couldn’t have gone out better I only wish every legend could have an exit like Lawler
That 1st fight between Mackhachev and Volkanovski was an incredible one. Insanely entertaining from both gentlemen.
Volk should have won
man volk won that shii
Top 20 fight all time….easy
and we all know Volk won that one...not sure what the joodges was smoking
he didnt @@Burpist
Seeing Volk fight Islam with that much confidence during that first fight and hearing the crowd behind him was truly something special.
Still couldn't win against dehydrated Makachev when everything was staked in his favour pathetic fighter
@@Polar-pencilapart from the fact machachev is huge in comparison? If these pair were same size volk eats him
@@Polar-pencil he did beat him. Got robbed
@@acegambit777 Don't argue with fundamentalists
Wolk won that, referes must been drunk....
Sean Strickland putting an all American beating on Izzy was for sure the moment of the year
Definitely got me out of my seat that's forsure.
Enjoy it. Besides Jon Jones (which I imagine you consider the wrong type of American), your countrymen have been getting steamrolled across all divisions by foreigners for years now.
that and Jon Jones making a goat noise after confidently whooping Gane 😂
Lol. He won 49-46 on the scorecards. Chill with the exaggeration kid.
@@mrspiff6955Let them have it. They've had to suffer with seeing Anderson Silva and Adesanya control that division for the last fifteen years lmfao🤣
2023 was an absolutely unforgettable year for UFC, 8 new male undisputed champs were crowned, major shifts in the divisions, lots of amazing fights. 2024 will be even better! UFC 300 is going to be stacked.
What a nerd. You knew exactly how many.
Amanda Nunes and Robbie Lawler retiring in the same year is tough. Those are shoes that will most likely never be filled, but what made it great was that they both went out in fulfilling ways, especially with the heartwarming video tribute to Robbie, and Julianna Pena screaming and whining.
Nobody cares about Trt nunes
@@WRNWRWthis definitely a Julianna Pena burner account
Robbie should have retired years ago. I won't miss Nunes that much because her division sucks. The other two women's divisions are far better.
@@JaemanEdwards I'm a big Macy Chiasson and GDR fan, but Macy doesn't fight often and GDR has been out for a while, as well as some select fighters but yeah I firmly believe women's flyweight is the best division in the UFC right now, even after Taila Santos mysteriously disappeared. One thing that really irritated me about that division recently was the fact that Holly Holm earned a title fight, she won 3 of her next 4(two of them being future title challengers) after the Nunes fight, the one loss considered by most to be a robbery, she then didn't get the title fight and instead risked all of it fighting #7 Bueno Silva and lost. Like, the ONE time she actually deserved a title shot, she didn't get it. I stopped really paying attention to that division after that.
@@thisisutubnottwitterwhyhandles I think Macy is overrated. I like Buena Silva, Holly, and GDR though. Would love to see sweet Holly champ again, but that ship may have sailed. GDR definitely has a good chance. Where is she ? And what happened to Taila Santos ? She's another fave.
Islam vs Volk 1 was best FOTY imo
Thanks for the memories. 2024 is going to be a madness 🎉
Man that adesanya ko and post fight interview always makes me tear up. Brings me back to a time of great sadness watching my brothers celebrate, while I’m🗿
That first clip almost makes me cry now. I fuckin love volk man.
brought tears to my eyes watching so much high strung emotion, what a recap
You sound weak
@@JaemanEdwards don't bottle up your feelings man, it ain't good for you.
@@dearGOD101 There's not crying at all and there's crying from a fight recap video. Let's try and land somewhere in the middle aye?
Same
@@dearGOD101 Yeah I am a bit like that. I was just having a dig. I don't really mean it.
The Last Stylebender! Crazy KO.
Meh. Nah good KO by the Arsebender.
@@JaemanEdwards seek help
@@mrspiff6955 Ever heard of Spiff Sedric ? She plays rugby sevens for the USA. She's pretty fast.
Islam's striking is super underrated. MMA keeps getting better, faster, and stronger every year. I can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for us fight fans.
Glover retiring made me emotional 😥
It’s been an honor Gentlemen. See you in 2024 force for you 💪♥️.
Great year for the UFC 💪 here’s to 2024 🍻
Izzy/ Alex KO was the best moment of the year in my opinion! Legendary KO!
It's all thanks to puppy
Not even close. Max vs TKZ was the best KO, if not Emmet vs Mitchel.
@@chubbygamerdadhe didn't say it was the best Ko he said it was the biggest moment
This year will be remembered for the twists and turns and especially for the incredible fights we had
Man, Terrance McKinney can't be doing good being the one KO'd in every UFC video lately.
He is currently on a 2 fight win streak
Can’t believe this is only almost half of the year! What a great year it was
I wish these played more like a highlight reel from January thru December, rather than just random title fight condensed reels all slapped together. 😮💨
It's been a pleasure watching UFC in 2023. see ya'll next year
"C'mon! SUBMIT ME!!" love it every time!
Nunes said “Brazil get your shit together” and after that 2 new champs sprouted 👏
Pantoja. Who else ? I can't stand Brazilians to be honest. But they're great fighters.
@@JaemanEdwardspereira?
@@JaemanEdwardsAlex Pereira
@@edwardkelly3280 Can't really count him. He's not really a new champion.
@@JaemanEdwardshe wasn’t champ at the moment Amanda retired
Это невероятный год.
I started watching spring of 2021. I’ve been locked in ever since. This year was fucking great
Welcome newbie. It's an exiting sport. I started watching around 2016, so not that long myself. It was the fight where GSP got his arse handed to him by Johnny Hendricks before he retired.
Holy shit. You have missed a ton of amazing moments these past few decades.
@@Jiu-JitsuJourney257 Not really. Mma wasn't that great for the first 20 years.
@JaemanEdwards from 1993-2013, MMA was getting itself together. It was waiting until the deep decline of boxing to get itself up the combat sport rankings. Now more and more people are tuning in to MMA. Dana White love him or hate him is probably the best promoter out there in sports. He set up the card months before that exact event starts. The only good thing about MMA are the fights are rarely fixed unlike boxing, but it was real bad in Pride even though it was a great MMA promotion.
@@aboriginalbrotha9947 Dana was great. But he's now so far out of touch, he's a liability. Letting world class fighters go, making ridiculous match ups like Colby v Leon, having stupid title rematches ad nauseum, the slap fight debacle, befriending dork you tubers, hiring russian dwarves as UFC influencers, using the UFC as a political tool. He makes me sick.
Always thought the UFC should broadcast a SuperCard with the whole year's best fights on New Year's Eve.
Thank you Amanda for a ferociously entertaining and undisputed career. You are a legend of the fight game!
😂😂😂
2023 was an amazing year in the ufc
Most consistent MMA platform! 🎉 🍻
People who say volk won against Islam don’t know how mma scoring works. A person can narrowly out strike you and win 3 rounds, then you could have dropped them and out strike them significantly but if you didn’t do it dominantly enough in the numbers and ground control then rounds would be 10-9s so you’d still lose 48-47
loving the containment ; continue
Volk should have never took the second fight on short notice 😕
@SpikeLace-bo8xg Stop making excuses for Volk.. it would have still ended the same way..
@@michaeljames8408 kind of a casual take tbh, Volk wouldn’t have been so out of shape and tentative I fb he had a full camp
Delusional Islam-haters are to blame, the ones who argued that Volk won at UFC 284 and denied the reality that even a dehydrated Islam still won a UD. You guys gave Volkanovski the false confidence he needed to crave the rematch.
@@michaeljames8408not excuses its just facts it made him lose as badly as he did.
Not Islam's fault, blame that pullout merchant, Oliviera and blame Volk. for thinking he did better in that first fight when all he did was win the last 40 secs. against a dehydrated and depleted fighter who still bested him for 4 rounds.
UFC IS LIFE ❤️
Nunes really is a monster. Hands down the female GOAT
She is! It takes alot of guts to get locked up in a cage with her!

Dana is so out of touch. He thinks he's on to a winner. 😂😂😂
"Greatness is defined by how you deal with adversity." Such wise words by Rogan. Alex got knocked out cold and yet, came back and won the LHW championship. 🎉 Such a phenomenal fighter he is! ❤❤❤❤
Korean Zombie retirement was just short of story book. God bless
One of the best fight ever I seen live in ppv myself Islam vs volk.1 I got goosebumps man
Seeing Grasso win made me so so happppppppyyyyyy!!!! 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

After 2023, we confirmed the EA Cover curse is real.
EA UFC 4 cover features Izzy and Masvidal, later just Izzy.
Izzy loses UFC 281 to Alex via 5th round TKO
EA changes the cover to feature Alex.
Alex loses UFC 287 to Izzy via 2nd round KO
EA changes the cover back to Izzy.
Izzy loses dominantly to Strickland at UFC 293 and announces a partial retirement
Volkanovski and Shevchenko both selected to feature as the Champions on the cover of EA UFC 5.
Volk loses UFC 284 in a close controversial UD to Makhachev.
Shevchenko loses UFC 285 to Grasso via Round 4 Submission.
EA UFC 5 releases with Volkanovski and Shevchenko still on the cover.
Shevchenko loses to chance to regain her belt in a robbery of a Draw to Grasso at Fight Night Mexico
Volk then rematches Makhachev on short notice at UFC 294 and gets KO'd in the 1st.
The EA Cover curse is real.
That wasn't controversial he lost fairly got out struck in all 4 rounds easily You volk fans are hella annoying glad 😊 Makachev slept him 🥶
@@Polar-pencil your opinion doesn't matter, its controversial because a lot of people think it is, thats what makes something controversial

I feel Dricus steam rolling over Whittaker should have been here as well. Every single bookie, every single "pro" commentator in the world had it wrong, and the world did not see it coming.
Sad to see Amanda retire. What a career.
Bro fr DDP running through Whittaker like that was just insane !
This is part 1, hopefully see him in other parts.
Ufc is the shit, ain’t no sport or organisation touching them! What a year it was, but I say that every year and it keeps just getting better !❤
