Hello Polly! Great workout! This workout was one of Polly's sleeper workouts! It started off mild enough then, by the end your sweaty, huffung and puffing and your heart is pumping! Love the patterns and tempo changes. Those are always a good challenge (especially when you're tired and Polly is asking for just a few more!). I definitely feel the benefits afterwards! I'm loose and smooth and ready to take on the day! Thank you Polly and PFP!

Hi Polly good to have you back. A great session. We love trying to remember lists of words whilst exercising. It adds another challenge. The new exercise with the change of tempo was a little tricky for Paula so we had to pause and re-wind and try it again. Better the second time. Many thanks Paula and Jon
Great to hear that the second time around was more manageable Paula and Jon. Changes of tempo are always tricky so they are definitely worth repeating. Great to be back exercising with you both and we hope you are well :)
