Mushroom soup recipe:
1 onion.
1 carrot.
3 garlic.
Mushrooms 100 gr.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil. Corn 100 gr.
2 potatoes.
vegetable broth.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Noodles 50 gr.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Parsley.
Mix well.

What do you do with the core of the broccoli? Please tell me you don't discard it? It's the best part, peel if necessary and chop into cubes and add to the dish at the same time as the broccoli florets, it is so delicious and bulks the dish out and makes it go that bit further.
