Vegetable soup recipe:
Chicken fillet 300 gr.
Skim off the foam and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
2 potatoes.
Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
2 sticks of celery.
1 red pepper.
1 courgette.
1 broccoli.
Salt. Black pepper.
Bring to the boil.
Cut the chicken fillet into slices.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
The soup is ready!

@@essenkochen I will let you know it tastes. It’s running between 108 and 118 F here so not conducive to hot food. All your dishes look wonderful. Will enjoy making them in fall and winter. Thank you for sharing
