I did not know you can special sheath in the middle of the FORESIGHT SLASH animation, I've been trying to figure out a strat to the double wing slam... I never stop learning new things from you guys, keep it up, you make me want to be a better hunter.
Use the long sword it's the easiest weapon to master you'll be able to do this in no time. It's kind of the point of these videos to show how easy the game can be ;)

He's not that tough. Especially if you've already fought him in previous games. I really hope they really really ramp up the difficulty for g rank. I'd like to see a generations ultimate (g rank) equivalent; speaking on difficulty that is. Not saying rise isn't fun, but its not all that challenging which is where a good bit of fun comes from (imo; don't hate me lol)

My complaint w rise is that its base game is far easier than past titles base games. Even worlds. Which makes me worry that its g rank will be easier than past titles g or master rank. Hence why I set the bar at hoping rise's g rank really ramps it up to generations ultimate g rank or higher. I didnt realize Id have to be so redundant but here we are lol

You can tell this is one of Peppo's first runs against it because he got hit when he didn't intend to, and he still did it in 4 minutes. Undeniably, Peppo is the longword god!
As a switch axer, I must say. That was filthy. Absolutely filthy. I tried twice and realized I need to learn some more tricks. I only play solo, and the fact someone showed me the light, proves I'm just not ready. I can concede to that.

You can also cancel foresight into helmbreaker, which is optimal when you already have red gauge

rathian backflip is a bit weird to be fair. half the time it doesn't even hit me, and also the timing is weird.
