Everytime I hit the i-frames and knock a monster out of a breath weapon from foresight or Iai spirit slash I hear Morpheus say "He's starting to believe". Then I botch an easy dodge or counter and I hear Smoke say "You got knocked the f%#$ out". Peppo only hears the sound of one hand clapping as the longsword blade cleaves skin from bone. I wish to attain this skill.
I watched that and ...no way ... my eyes must be deceiving me.. you wore NOTHING and still beat an Elder Dragon with almost no life on the bar left?! Jees Pepp, you´re supposed to hunt these monsters, not murder them ♥

I'm clearly not up to snuff on all the longsword tricks, haha. What was it you kept doing with the bombs like at 4:40? Was that to trigger a counter to boost damage a bit? And then at 5:32 how did you avoid damage from inside that blast? I can never get stuff like that to work, even when I've got on Evade Window... 😭 T_T
someone may correct me if im wrong but parries negate the attack dodging doesnt so lets say a 20 frame attack explosion if you parry it it doesnt matter that your still in it, if you use lets say a 10 i frame dodge it DOES matter that your still in it

As someone who has only played World, seen maybe 30 minutes of Rise, and played even less of Rise... what even is the LS. I don't mean it in a negative way lol just genuinely surprised at how many more moves there are.
1:12 after he does the sacred sheathe combo he does a move thats a full circle, how do you do that move? I've seen him and a few other LS users do it but I don't know how
That’s the Spirit Roundslash. If you have equipped this switch skill (second slot) you can perform it after a Spirit Release Slash if you have enough Spirit.
The last hit that increase the spirit lv? You need to equip the Spirit Roundslash Combo Switch Skill instead of Spirit Reckoning Combo, and just press the spirit combo button after the last Sacred Sheathe hit
@@Mikiri_i Well reckoning have a higher motion value than roundslash but roundslash have a much wider hit zone. So it's personal preference. If you want more damage then use reckoning. Or if you want more reach then use roundslash.

It's switch skill (not sure but switch skill 3)called sacred sheath. It uses spirit gauge to charge up then release powerful attack. If you have RED spirit gauge it will charge up to 3 level.
