CZ P-09 Complete Disassembly

Owner and gunsmith of The McCluskey Arms Company demonstrates and explains how to completely disassemble each part of the CZ P-09. This is a customer gun checked into us for an optic cut, raptor cuts, and a Cajun trigger install.

Here are a few disassembly tips for the CZ P-09:
- Put the parts on the bench-top in groups and in an order that makes sense for reassembly.
-Like many guns, a lot of these springs want to jump. Be sure to let spring tension off slowly and cover springs when removing punches. This should prevent you from losing small parts. Trying to search for those in your shop is like finding a needle in a haystack.
-You probably don’t need to remove the two steel sections of the frame. There’s not a good reason to and removing those pins can cause wear in your frame. However, if you would like to know how, I’ve detailed it in this video

Hello, very late reaction but is it possible that my p09 has no ejector ? Can’t seem to find info about it. Maybe they changed it with the newer models

Awesome video! Really helpful! You seem to know your way around these models, what could case the gun to do full auto and not being able to cock the hammer? Broken hammerspring? Sear? Fairly new to gbb and dont know were to start and what to look for

Thank you for this video. I have an airsoft replica and couldn't find a video on how to take it a part. Not the same as the real one but similar enough to give me an idea on what to do.

tiny. front sight is 1/16 and rear is 5/64
