    Awesome video. I have a new P-07 and this video really helped me learn about the operation of the internals and how to go about cajonizing mine. I dont want a comp gun but do want smooth. Great great video , thanks. (kind of old now I know but Ive been wanting one of these P-07's for a long time and Im old , lol)

    Thank you for your time in making this type of video. I'm thinking of getting this gun in 22lr, while I may never need to replace the parts in your video due to the lower velocity and presumably less wear on the internal parts, it is nonetheless very useful having a tutorial like this to make reference to. Best wishes from Northern Ireland 👍🇬🇧

      Shawn Mclarnon the P01 is very similar, but has some differences for sure. If you have a clean work area and some patience, you can do it. Take some pictures of every step when you take it apart. That way if a spring goes flying or something, you can puzzle it back together with you pictures

    Is it me or does this video not mention the disconnector at all? Thats the second part included in the short reset kit. You show it in the bag, but your installation doesn't show it going in. Also no mention of of the hammer spring swap, which is the reason for the extended firing pin. . . Or am I dense and missed it?

    • @GunsWithGage
      @GunsWithGage  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      William Sack you are right. That part of the video got skipped some how. It just goes back in the same way it came out. No special instructions. Also, the hammer Springs are going to vary for the end user and the ammo that you will use. I have made another video with the different hammer Springs functioning with different ammo.

      @keithav1 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Not so sure about that, I called cajun gun works and asked them about their kit prices. They have 1 for $224 and one for $365. I asked what was the difference between the two as both had the same parts. The tech I talked to on the phone told no difference at all. The added price was for the installation of the kit only. They did not touch any other part of the gun and didn't custom fit any of the parts replaced and their trigger job was installing the kit. Otherwise I would have sent them the gun.
