Hey Flair, they have meat tenderizer for making Jerry. Its a white powder that u use during the soaking process, plus u can get a waffle looking hammer like thing thats also called a meat tenderizer. U may also try soaking in ur salt water bath like u have in the duck or deer that u have done, but cutting it into thin slices would also be the strat!!! Still use either tenderizer methods though too!!

The best way to cook coon in my experience, is to boil the meat first, then season it, put it on the grill, and lastly put BBQ sauce on it right before it is done. I’ve been trapping with my grandfather for years, and that has been the best tasting coon meat we have cooked.

A tip for the raccoon trap is to put a marshmallow under the trigger of the trap and the raccoons will have to pull the marshmallow out and get trap better when doing it cause they mess around more with it and the mice won’t get the food

Ian Baker Brayden showed up to googan hq and took them to buy a small dirt bike and peril jumped it off a ramp and got pretty squirrely with it. Go back and watch it on the googan channel

Deer corn will also work for the dog proof trap. I have just started using the dog proof traps and I have been using corn and killed over 30 coons

Soak the racoon in cola for about 30 hrs will be very tender when you make the jerky. Make sure after you soak it you pat it dry then let it sit dry for about a hour then season it and throw it on the smoker
