Is it legal to kill a bobcat in Florida? Furbearer regulations: Bobcat and otter may be trapped statewide Dec. 1 - March 1. No limits. Raccoon, opossum, coyote, beaver, skunk and nutria may be trapped statewide year round. Rob, are you out of season?
@@KeithHedger The only exception is if it’s a nuisance animal. This bobcat was killing chickens and was likely a threat to children and pets so they are well within their legal rights to trap and kill it. Aside from nuisance cases you have to wait until open season..

I personally wouldn't eat any of the cat family. Interesting video though.
I support what he's doing he eats what he catches which makes it more humane. But to your point, I'm not eating a cat lol.
Mountain lion one of the best meats behind your classics. Wouldn’t pass a taco make with one ever
Highly doubt he ate the cat after the sample.. It's not even good dog food.

lol. Everyones saying the same, even Emma knew better.
Cat is actually pretty good. Watch Flair he eats two bobcats and love them and tons of people eat mountain lion in the west
Yeah, people hunt mountain lions and bears all the time. It's not some.crazy, unheard of thing.
I love and respect this channel and love this family. Didn’t feel like the 2 pieces of cat was worth the catch clean cook. Wasn’t crazy about this video.
I wish Sarah was here 😂😆 teamwork is the dream work. that is so cute such a beautiful bobcat❤❤❤ great job skinning your daughter is so adorable 🥰🥰
Thanks for this. My dad went through this exact scenario before I was born. All I could ever do was visualize it in my head, going off of what he told. This gave the story more perspective. I appreciate it

Is it legal to kill a bobcat in Florida?
Furbearer regulations:
Bobcat and otter may be trapped statewide Dec. 1 - March 1. No limits. Raccoon, opossum, coyote, beaver, skunk and nutria may be trapped statewide year round.
Rob, are you out of season?
@@KeithHedger It was a nuisance animal on private property no need for a season for that
@@KeithHedger The only exception is if it’s a nuisance animal. This bobcat was killing chickens and was likely a threat to children and pets so they are well within their legal rights to trap and kill it. Aside from nuisance cases you have to wait until open season..
Hahaaaa
@@KeithHedger No, if an animal is a nuisance on your land, you have the right to exterminate
I agree with Emma, but I'll give a thumbs up for the trap build.
Here I am on the other side of the globe. I enjoy every single fishing video you post but man I can't watch this one, it would break my heart.
In my country we don't have such animal and I envy you for being so lucky to have those animals around you. Such diversity in fish and animals, it's crazy!
Don't know if it's a thing of mine but eating tortules, bobCAT, beavers and there are a few, it's not something I would do not because I might not like the taste but because I feel sorry for eating such an animal.
I guess it depends on the culture each country has and it's history.
Other than this, God bless and I hope each one of us stay healthy.
Same. But I live in Florida. Bobcats are pretty rare - most people don’t get to see them because they are very scared of humans.
@@Encourageable Depends on where in FL. I know a lot of people that shoot bobcats because they kill their chickens and they kill house cats. I have never heard of anyone eating them, but I appreciate trying to eat it. Might as well. Better than just killing it and letting it rot.

Whats the difference? Its just another animal
Probably my favorite video of y'all besides the Alaska vids.
Sounds like a win for everyone, except maybe for the cat, who's now in a better place.

@jaquan means eternal suffering
@jaquan means his stomach
thats just a young fella he's a typa bobcat you'd catch and release
But Rob likes the killing part.
that wouldn't solve the problem. It would just come back and kill the chickens that help feed an orphanage that has *real people* in it.
People are so dense to the fact that all these things do is cause trouble with farmers and ranchers 🤦🏼♂️ you let these things live and overpopulate, say goodbye to all livestock.
@DivinityBleu Shut up I’m trying to watch this Bobcat Catch & Cook
@DivinityBleu I'm starting to wonder why you even watch this channel.
That reaction shows me that he might’ve thrown the rest of that bobcat in the trash 🤣
Definitely chopped in to chicken feed. As is said, "Revenge is a dish best served all over the ground."
Excellent Dogfood !

yeah which means he killed the bobcat for sport. not cool.
I love cats and I felt bad but then Rob brings sense and understanding into the picture and then I realize God put that bobcat there to show us all a valuable lesson for Rob to show us. Thank you Rob and God you are amazing.

This was interesting and cool how you protected your land and used / ate the animal and didn’t just kill and waste it. That shows a high level of respect.
He tried to eat it but I don’t think he kept rest of the meat.😂

He relocated the cat to his kitchen table
