    These videos seem underrated, but it's probably because not too many people study management and actually looked for this kind of source for information.

    Currently in my last year of school, this really helped. :)
    Thank you for making it clear, concise, and enjoyable.
    Do you take any suggestions for video topics?

      Glad I could help. I do always welcome suggestions, but due to my current schedule it will probably be several months before I can incorporate them. There are still about 13-15 more videos I'm schedule to create on management. Thanks.

    I like your way of describing Six stages of moral develoment but is there any 7th stage which Kohlberg described as " A Metaphorical Stage" ???

    Speaking of morals, let's say you run a school and a rich couple would like to put their child there, but the child does not meet the criteria. Would you accept the child into the school if the parents paid a lot of money?

    what % of adults occupy stage one?

    • @laureljade3476
      @laureljade3476 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think about 4% of people never get beyond stage one.

    It seems to me that many of the famous sociopaths/psychopaths would qualify for the post-conventional stage with their very twisted beliefs. Don't you think so?

      Anyone is welcome to translate these videos. Unfortunately my translation abilities are isolated to English, and even that's not very good.

    Fortunately, there is only 20% who fit the category of post-conventional as society will be chaotic if there is more of them.

      Why?

      False. You just need to be told how to behave.
